Beautiful Home withPrivate Hot Tub, Deck, Gas Fireplace, and SHARC Passes

Excellent and spacious home.

Wonderful location, close to SHARC and Sunriver Village. The house was large enough a family of 8, but was in need of some TLC. The deck and the lawn area were excellent. The gardeners do a great job! Cleanliness was not great, however, and there were some small issues none of which were really important -- but were somewhat irritating, nevertheless. We enjoyed our stay, but will probably choose a different property next time we visit Sunriver.

Lovely home that worked well for two families with adult children. Nice big dining table that was big enough for all of us.

This home in Sunriver deserves a 10 out of 10 star rating! We spent 5 days here with family and had the best time. The location is perfect. It is quiet and surrounded by nature. We all loved riding the bikes provided to the nearby village and the SHARC water park. The house is spacious, clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted, including an awesome hot tub! We cannot wait to come back.

We loved this house for our extended family vacation! The room set up was perfect, the large table was amazing! Great location, close to everything but felt secluded in the woods at the same time!

This was our second stay at this property. We love the location and the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The yard is wonderful for children as is the circle roundabout out front. Nice and private and very quiet. Beds are very comfortable and it really is the perfect set up for a large family. We’ll be back.

This is the third time we've stayed here. It is a great place for 4 couples. Everything is on the same floor with each bedroom and bath in a separate corners, and a large comfy living and dining area and kitchen in the middle. Overall, everything was great, again. Only downers were a wobbly toilet handle and no kitchen sink stopper. But there were corkscrews, trail maps, extra patio chairs, books on the shelves, a big screen TV (that played music and movies from our USB memory stick), a 3 car garage, large deck, nice hot tub and a friendly deer.

The house needs some upkeep.1. 2 of the King mattress need replaced.2. The floors are squeaking real bad and need some repair.We really enjoy renting this property but it's just needs some updates,and we are going to rent it again for sure!

The floor plan is excellent with 43 bedrooms and 4 baths, with a very comfortable living room; excellent kitchen and dining area; 3 car garage; very quiet and peaceful; close to Circle 3 so I can get to the airport, nature center, observatory, and marina areas; all on one floor with no steps; nice king beds; TV's in each room; like the showers; a very comfortable and friendly home; have stayed here before and will try to book future visits to Sunriver at this location.

We have two young kids and this house was perfect! Great location allowing us to bike to SHARC and Village easily. Hot tub was perfect. Grassy back lawn allowed us to play. Layout of house was great for secluding away little ones for nap time or early bedtimes

This home worked well for our family of eight. I loved that each bedroom had a private bath room. I liked the location and the private setting. We could easily walk to the Sunriver Village.

The house was ideal for our family of 7. So nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bath. Also, the deck and hottub were perfect. Having an actual lawn was so nice. We played badminton and could kick a ball around. The house is close enough to the village, sharc and the river to make bike riding very easy and enjoyable. We would definitely use this house again if we are fortunate to get the whole family together again.

Having a bathroom for every bedroom! Comfortable family area!

Really good set up for multiple families! Every room had its own private bathroom. Perfect location to get to everything!

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's all on one floor and the bedrooms are all in separate corners of the house, each with it's own bathroom. It's arranged well for socializing, watching TV, playing games and for dining. The hot tub is just right. Will stay again.

The Bedrooms and beds!

My only negative comment would be that the house said it came with 10 shark passes, but there were only 8. House was very clean, except for one of the beds had a pair of dirty socks in it when we went to go to bed. Otherwise, we were very happy with the house
