Come and enjoy our personal home away from home! Lake Havasu is a great place to stay. Come visit for a few days or stay for the week. Water is refreshing. 4BD/2BA Built in 2002, new pool and spa built in 2021, extremely clean home comes fully furnished. Large Master suite with king size bed with new mattress & TV. walk in closet, double sinks, walk in shower. Second bedroom is a comfortable guest room with queen bed and TV. Third and Fourth bedrooms offers two full beds in each room.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Perfect set up for 2 families. King bed and Queen bed for adults and then 2 rooms with 2 beds for the kids. Easy check in and communication with owner. Open concept and really well stocked house with everything we needed. Newer pool and covered space with plenty of seating. Close to stores and boat ramp.

Stayed May 23, 2025Home is in the absolute perfect location. Northside of havasu. Walmart is anout 6 minutes away, windsor launch ramp is about the same. The home is beautiful and well stocked. Mark & Amy are very responsive. We had a perfect trip due to the perfrct maintenance of the home!
