Sprawling on a quarter-acre corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, this refined home is a tropical oasis in the desert, minutes from shops, restaurants, and activities. Step inside to find 18-foot ceilings, a beautiful staircase, and a warm and welcoming living space. The oversized entertainer's backyard features fig and lemon trees, natural grass, lounges and umbrellas, and an illuminated private pool. The covered patio features a heater, a large dining table, and a conversation area with additional seating. If you can't get enough of that Arizona sunshine, there's a large outdoor dining table with plush chairs so you can dine al fresco and the gas grill setup even has an outdoor bar area. If the nights get chilly, make use of the outdoor heaters to stay comfortable.
Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you'll find lots of thoughtful extras inside the two-story home. Remote workers and students can take advantage of the two desk work areas and computer to handle those last-minute projects, then kick back in the living room to enjoy a movie on the 58-inch TV (streaming available with your own accounts) or a book or board game in front of the fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and all the small and major appliances the group chef will need to prepare delicious meals (including an outdoor mini-fridge), and you can serve your dinner guests at the formal dining table. At the same time, the kids can chatter away while sitting at the breakfast bar.

The location couldn’t be better. 3 miles one direction and you are in the reserve with water sports, hiking, birding. I saw such a variety of flycatchers. The other direction is shopping and amazing restaurants. A couple hours to Sonoma and 3 hours to Williams to catch the Grand Canyon Railroad. The house has an expansive master bed and bath with a lovely jetted tub. There are two more bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed and queen and twin that share a jack and Jill bathroom. There’s a living room; dining room; family room and eat in kitchen downstairs with 2 more bedrooms that share a bath. There’s also a powder room off the family room. Lots of appliances and cooking utensils although no Kurieg but a regular coffee pot. We were here in 115 degree weather and the house stayed cool. If you are coming when the nights are cooler there’s a patio heater and I have to believe that those nights are quite lovely for outdoor dining. I had a few issues but the Vacasa team was responsive and that’s all you can ask for because, well, stuff happens.
The home was beautiful and it was in a good location. Unfortunately when we arrived the garbage can outside was overflowing with garbage laying on the ground, the microwave did not work, the washing machine was not working, there were no kitchen towels in the kitchen, and there were limited hand towels in the bathroom. We contacted the management company with little success. We contacted them on Friday when we arrived, someone showed up Tuesday to look at the appliances, but nothing was fixed. We were told they would contact me by phone to tell me what compensation we would receive. They never called. I called them to see what the compensation was. The compensation was inadequate for the inconvenience and irritation.
This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfy. There is a good size bedroom with an en-suite bath on the first floor and a smaller bedroom next to it. The master bedroom on the second floor is huge. There’s a king size bed, a couch and a balcony, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a soaking tub and double vanity. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor with a shared bath. The backyard has a pool and plenty of seating for lounging and dining. It’s a great house and it’s very clean.
This is great for families. The neighborhood is quite and great experience overall. Thank you for sharing your home.
Beautiful home, great pool, Is very nice bedrooms. And I cooked everyday in the kitchen. The kitchen is Is very well-set-up.
The house was an oasis. We fully enjoyed staying there and using all the house had to offer. It was spacious for the whole family to have their own privacy but great gathering spots we could use
Really enjoyed our stay. The location is super close to the expressway and shopping. It’s clean and well appointed. Keeping the price in context, it exceeded our expectations. The backyard is setup to entertain with plenty of chairs, a gas fire pit, and grill. Please know that most pools in AZ aren’t heated. The tiki torches and lighted palm trees add to the experience. I’d recommend this to my friends and would surely look to rent it again if I’m in the Mesa area.
We had 8 adults, 2 kids and a dog in this house for a week. More than enough space for all of us. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was stocked and seating in/out was great. Pool was chilly in March but we still gave it a go. Location can't be beat by hwy 202 as we had baseball tournament games all around the valley. We would absolutely stay again!
We loved the house and especially the backyard with ample seating a pool, grill and campfire! Beds were comfortable, lots of places to lounge and plenty of cozy blankets. We would recommend this to anyone.
