With a never-ending list of things to do and sights to see, you and your group will have full schedules and make the best memories or your lives. Located right on the pretty canal, the beach is just a short walk away! Play the day away by boating, parasailing, surfing, paddleboarding, deep-sea fishing, and every other waterfront activity you can imagine. After a day on the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower so no sand or water makes it into the house. Tour around to discover fantastic eateries, arts, entertainment, and a myriad of family-friendly attractions.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with a warm feeling of welcome throughout the home. The living area invites you in to lounge about and have great conversation, or watch a movie on the large TV. Prepare beach picnic snacks in the beautiful kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a soft Queen-size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Kids will love bunking down and making memories in the bunk beds. Watch the spectacular sunsets from the deck, your favorite drink in hand.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Close to beach access (5-min walk), house is clean and large bedrooms. Only negative is that grill needs to be replaced. Would definitely rent again.

    You can’t beat walking to the beach, coming back to the home at the end of the day and catching crabs in the everning sitting out back. Perfect vacation spot and a spacious welcoming home. Sunset view of the bay is amazing

    The house itself was great. Roomy and bright and had most of the basic necessities we needed. The location was perfect; a quiet street on the canal with an easy walk to the beach. The bedrooms and living spaces were huge and accommodated our group perfectly. The management company was the only thing lacking: poor communication (you only get one parking permit and you must go out of your way to pick up and drop off), ANTS!, grill not usable, shorted us towels, got locked out on the last day because lock was programmed wrong, ANTS!, outside areas not cleaned/maintained well, leaking freezer, customer service is not fast, and there were ANTS. Would definitely stay at the house again…but Vacasa was disappointing. Would plan accordingly for some inconvenience.

    The house itself was great! We loved the location, quiet neighborhood, and proximity to the beach and bay. We also enjoyed the house layout (great for a group). It held our group comfortably and had the basic things we needed. The beverage fridge was a nice perk and the dishwasher, washer, and dryer were very convenient. The bag of starter goods was helpful. We were very underwhelmed with Vacasa as a management company, and especially their poor or inconsistent communication. You shouldn't have to take time out of your vacation for things to be corrected/fixed. FYI: -The grill is propane but in extreme disrepair and probably not functional. -You only get ONE parking permit and you have to go to their office to pick it up and drop it off (about 10 minutes from the house). -ANTS. Thousands of them, with little-to-no remediation. You can't leave out any food or even drop a crumb. Challenging with kids. -Inside was cleaned very well...the outside was not. -There is not a fire pit, it is a small chiminea. We would definitely consider staying at this house again. Our only hesitation is Vacasa. We would probably look for a house managed by the owner or another company first.

    Quiet street, easy walk to the beach. Problem with ants noted on arrival but we were able to control it with a good cleaning of the counters. Outdoor shower was a nice and even had hot water! Would stay again.

    It was a great time, I wish I knew there was NO TVS in any of the bedrooms. For paying that price and having brought 4 kids, I feel like there should be more TVs then just one tv in the living room.

    Lovely house,super location for kayaking or boating. I would have given 5 stars but we had some issues with ants and used coffee filter left in coffee machine, house is beautiful though.

    Had everything needed for a very relaxing stay at the Ocean. The only reason I gave a 4 star out of 5 stars was the ants. Ants are everywhere, Not really a huge burden but it’s obvious this has been noticed for a long while now because of the ant traps everywhere but they’re just not enough to thwart being overrun by a mega colony of ants living under the balcony. Other than that the place is spectacular. Just keep your countertops wiped down and patio table free of all sugary items until addressed. Also beware of hitting your head upon the neighbors’ Peach tree while going to use the outside shower. Anyone taller than 5’10” will get a firm whack in the head and will definitely leave a mark. The neighbor needs to prune his Peaxh tree and clean up his fallen peaches from the walkway. Serious liability concern.
