HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This beautifully appointed waterfront home is located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes along the resort's 11 mile lagoon system. The property is found on Sea Lane, neighbored by beautiful homes and a short walk or bike ride to the beach.

The entryway to the home opens to a beautiful recently updated foyer. The large living room to your right has great views of the lagoon with extra wide sliding doors to the deck. This area is beautifully designed with comfortable seating, TV, and a game table for 4. Just off the living room is a dining area with seating for 10. The kitchen features quartz countertops, a raised island with 6 bar stools, a beverage center, and doors to the deck. The first bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, TV, and access to the waterfront deck. This bedroom’s master bathroom has two vanities with quartz countertops, two walk-in closets, and a large beautifully tiled shower. The second bedroom on this floor has one queen bed and one twin bed, doors to the deck, and a TV. A full bathroom off the pool area is available for use by guests of this room. Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor. The first has two queen beds, a TV, and private bath with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. Both upstairs bathrooms have been completely renovated.

44 Sea Lane is THE home for outdoor entertainment. The back deck has a large wraparound porch overlooking the lagoon with several seating and dining areas available. Enjoy the high-top bistro tables and chairs for the middle deck. A new large dining table and chairs has been added to the top deck for outdoor dining. Steps down lead to the large, sunny pool area with chairs for lounging. The pool and spa have been recently retiled and replastered, and look brand new. A covered outdoor entertainment space features a TV (Roku app only), grill, sink, bar seating, easy access to a full bathroom, ping pong table and an additional lounge area.

    Last. year we had a less than satisfactory experience with 44 Sea Lane property in Palmetto Dines. I complained directly to the Island Getaway manager and was satisfied with their response whichever I included am assurance the property would be cleaned and inspected before rental...I should mention that this is my family's have visited HHI 17 years. the above mentioned property was in great condition this year, including the outdoor grill. thank you Island Getaway for your attentive and excellent turn a round... /s/ Don Griffin, Captain U.     Rented this house for 3 yrs and will never return. House not well maintained and many things not working. Severe roof leak in second floor bath making it unusable for my guests. Impossible TV situation in living room with useless instructions. Broken or unusable lights everywhere. Nevertheless, location is great and back deck and pool wonderful. House has been for sale for over a year...hummm.

    Only 3rd day of vacation and disappointing lack of responsiveness. Outdoor gas grill not functioning, have attempted to call office without any ability to leave message and no response from email.

    Location and back pool and view were absolutely amazing, unfortunately are stay was not. House exterior needs better up keep there were no working lights in front of house to see entrance or front stairs or doorway, when we arrived the doors were unlocked and then we had random maintenance show up unannounced twice then were told last minute with a 2 hour noticed that a new washer and dryer were be delivered, we waited and were told an IG Staff member would stay to sign off and lock doors as we didn't want our stuff unattended while delivery guys were there and she left, we came back to front door unlocked again. The kitchen is not well equipped there were no cutting boards knifes were horrible I had to go buy cutting board and a griddle from Kroger to cook. The grill wasn't working we had to buy a propane tank, the delivery guys left a huge mess in laundry room that had to be cleaned one thing after another. Be prepared for neighboring lawn work being done everyday as well as construction peaceful after 7pm

    This rental provided pretty good value for a week's vacation in Hilton Head. The best part of the house is its location on the canal, providing very nice views from the rear deck and pool area. The kitchen, dining, living and master bed rooms appear to have been remodeled recently and are functional and comfortable. We like to cook at home so the kitchen furnishings are adequate. The rest of the house is original (1980's?) including the other three bedrooms. Bedroom furnishings need improvement, especially the pillows. Beach access is a 15 minute walk or drive to PD beach club. We would be undecided about renting this home again, but it might be worth a try for you.

    The house was absolutely beautiful! The renovations are gorgeous and set the tone for the trip. The location is ideal with access to the lagoons and quick walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this house!

    Beautiful renovations made to the house and we love the location. My only suggestion for improvement is to update the bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs.
