Stayed Mar 4, 2026We’ve wrapped up our fifth retirement winter, having traveled different areas, this was hands down the best home we’ve stayed! As a retired couple from North Dakota, we look forward to our winter escape each year, and this property truly exceeded our expectations.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long-term stay — from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces perfect for relaxing evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything Lake Havasu has to offer.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel less like a rental and more like our own winter retreat. Communication with the host was excellent — friendly, responsive, and accommodating.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free winter getaway!

Stayed Feb 17, 2026When we arrived we instantly felt at home. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Appliances were sparkling and up to date. Appreciated the day to day necessities such as large soft towels, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags. Propane grill was a treat. And I don’t want to forget that Molly was an awesome communicator and responded to my questions quickly. We had an amazing time for our 1st visit to Lake Havasu. Thank you Molly. Mike and Karen
