You are within walking distance to everything that is great about Park City! Main Street, dining and shopping. And close to the bus stop for anything further adventures!

The bathrooms have recently been updated and the house has been going through small renovations in-between guests to give you the best booking experience.

you are located on a golf course as well as a cross country skiing location during the winter. The eagle ski lift is a 10 minute walk with gear.

    Our stay was great except for our last night. My daughter and her husband and 2 little girls were planning on staying the 3rd night. They drive a Tacoma with a small packing case on top to hold extra things. The vehicle would not fit into the very low underground parking entrance. We asked VRBO where else to park. I requested a parking pass at the pool/cabana parking lot. We were told the only places we could park were Canyons and one other place that required a fee. We were told this is what happens with oversized vehicles. This was NOT an oversized vehicle. I was very upset and was told someone would contact me but they never did. Well my daughter, husband and 2 little girls ended up NOT staying that night but rather drove all the way back to Logan where they live. That really upset me as they were looking forward to staying at the nice condo on that 3rd night.

    Adequate for ski vacation amongst guys. Bathroom situation was not ideal but we were compensated accordingly. I would stay there again. Kitchen cookware could use an upgrade

    The location at 3 kings is excellent and we have loved staying in 3 kings properties before. This propriety is adequate but not outstanding. The kitchen was missing a few basics, the microwave is old and blew fuses in the property a few times. It could use a deep cleaning. If it is less expensive than similar properties then it may be worth the savings to you. But if priced the same as other properties in the area, then I would chose something else.

    The condo is easy to get to, has comfortable sleeping, dining and relaxing spaces, with open views out to a meadow setting. The hot tub at the pool area is great for a group hangout after a day of skiing.
