The dining area and modern kitchen are open and fully equipped for entertaining with high-end stainless steel kitchen appliances, plenty of granite counter space for cooking, a quaint breakfast table overlooking the gardens, and a formal dining area to seat 4. This is the true heart of the home leading to a great outdoor area complete with a built-in BBQ grill, patio furniture, and landscaped gardens.



Sandrock is a welcoming home away from home with 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 5 guests. The master bedroom overlooks the back patio and features an inviting King size bed and open bathroom with a classic soaking tub and walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom offers a work desk and futon perfect for use as a workcation home office, extra family room, or third bedroom. Sandrock offers a full-size washer/dryer for guest convenience.

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

The owner has a dog that stays in the home when they are here. Please do not book if you have any allergies.
