We own three high end rentals and stay at 10+ rentals a year and this one of the best we've stayed in. is perfect for a group of families. Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen and then some, outdoor grill, pool, and everything was clean and well kept!

Also there was no ceiling fan in that bedroom which made the room excessively hot.

Reviewer Comments: dyI always try to rent with Palmetto Dunes because they are very professional and have a great staff. The house worked perfectly for the 11 ladies on my tennis team. It is nicely renovated with comfortable beds and furniture. The gathering spaces worked well with very comfortable seating. The large dining area accommodated our group with room to spare. We had a big problem with the upper refrigerator temperature; however, the palmetto dunes property mgmt. accommodated us as best they could. The home was wonderful!
