Beautiful Home on Skaneateles Lake

This property is beautiful with the magnificent view of the lake and very serene. The house was very lovely and everything you needed was there. The owners daughter was easy to communicate with and everything was exactly as described. I will definitely be back to stay here.

We have stayed at this property before and it was just as perfect the second time around. It’s evident the owner truly cares about making sure your stay is enjoyable. The home is well equipped, clean, and comfortable.

This was the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with our family. Between the comfortable rooms, beautiful deck, screened in porch, dock, canoe and kayaks there was always something for everyone to do or a beautiful place to relax with a book. You want for nothing here and the host and owners provide everything needed for a stress-free vacation. The setting is absolutely breathtaking. We are so very grateful for our wonderful week here!

We truly enjoyed our stay . The back porch as well as the screened in porch were wonderful. Countertops and cabinets, however were meant for tall people, making it difficult to reach certain items... the walk to the lake was a trek especially carrying recreational items and for older people. Overall a relaxing stay

We have always enjoyed day trips to the Skaneateles area, and as Covid restrictions had eased, we thought renting a lake home in Skaneateles would be the perfect place for a long awaited family get together. The home we rented was perfect for the six of us. The rental process was a breeze and Katharine (owner’s daughter) was very responsive to any information or questions that we had, The home was well appointed, clean, and had an ideal location on a “pristine” lake. We were able to enjoy swimming near the dock, and we had the the ability to moor our boat at the property. A favorite spot at the home was having our meals on the porch overlooking the lake. We did have some rain during our visit, but on sunny days we made the most of outside activities. When we had to be inside.we played a variety of games with the grandchildren. You would not be disappointed with this home rental!

We joined another family and just loved our stay! The kitchen was great to work in. The porch was a great place to start the morning! The dock and swimming area was perfect to hang in the water. The campfire pit was a wonderful perched on the edge of the water. Our favorite was the millions of fireflies at night on the path! We have stayed several places on Skaneateles and this is by far one of my favorites!

This was our second year here and we loved it once again. It’s a great place to stay. Beautiful house, beautiful lake, clean, great host. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.

The house was beautiful. Flowers were breath taking. The walk to the lake was short. It had plenty of out door equipment to use. We all enjoyed our week there. Hope to use again. Many thanks. Sharon and Jim Carro

The house was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed our time in the house and down at the water.
