Beautiful home on private beach, sleeps 11! Bring your family and friends!

Location, location, location...my entire family had a wonderful vacation. Being directly on the beach was the key! We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds...setup a kiddy pool on the large deck, but also had fun building sand castles and playing on the beach. The house is very large, with many bedrooms and bathrooms which was perfect for my large group. Open floor plan for kitchen and family room was great for playing board games and having movie night. We will be back.

This is one of few homes with 6br in the area, and it is very spacious. This is our second time renting a vacation home from this group of owners and both times have been great. The house is fairly new, very spacious, and clean. We’ll be back!

Loads of room Clean Right on the beach

The home was perfect for our family of ten. The proximity of the beach, ice cream shop and playground was perfect for our grandkids. The house was spacious and had enough room for all of us there was some confusion as to where the trash bin were located but a email to Paul quickly resolved that issue.

Great time with my wife, two sons, their spouses, and children (four grandchildren). The house on the beach was terrific. Spent most of our time on the beach or in the water. Taught my seven year old grandson how to fish. Great time for all!

Our stay was very enjoyable. House was clean and stocked with towels and sheets. Neighbors on both sides were very friendly. View was absolutely amazing. Will book again next summer!

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate and very comfortable for an extended family of 9. We also enjoyed cooking in the updated kitchen. The house is right on the beach and views are amazing. We did not need the sand chairs we brought as the deck had very comfortable patio furniture and was right on the beach. A few negatives: We had a delay accessing the property when we arrived at 4:00 as it was still being cleaned (which is the reason for 4 stars re: check in process) Info sheet stated that grill would have a full tank of gas; we found out the hard way it did not (Sunday night and meat already on the grill to cook!) Tank was empty and we had to scramble to find a replacement. Neighbors on both sides had roaming dogs that defecated on the beach in front of the house and made no attempt to clean up after them (pet peeve) . We had trouble locating the outside trash barrels but the host responded quickly when we reached out. Overall we had a great time and did not let these issues impact our week, I would definitely recommend this home if you are considering it.

This home was perfect for our family. Six bedrooms and four bathrooms, and a large open common area made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The house was situated directly on the beach with beautiful views and access to the sound. We brought our SUP's and a large shade canopy which we set up on the sand directly off the back deck. It was great for our toddlers and their parents alike. Plenty of parking and quick access to downtown Fairfield with all of its restaurants and shops was a huge bonus. We would definitely recommend this home!

Best property yet for both young and old. I grew up on Long Island sound but always took my family to the Cape…..so sorry I didn’t give the sound a chance….grass always greener over there. Directly on the water, kids could play when tide was low and adults would watch from the deck/porch. Fishing outside the door was good for novice as well as seasoned folks. House had EVERYTHING needed for a comfortable stay with plenty of room. Will be back next year.
