Stayed Jun 15, 2023This place is amazing! The first thing I noticed once I walked in is that they had the house already cooled down for us, which is a lifesaver in this Texas heat. The second thing I noticed is the downstairs bedroom. This is one of the best ones I've ve ever seen. Usually no one wants to stay in the bottom level because its not as nice, not this one. My kids volunteered and it gets super cold in there! We loved the hot tub & golf cart, it really did add that extra touch of fun for our stay! I think my favorite thing about this rental is they had everything you needed there! They advertise that on the listing but Ive been to soooo many that we have to keep running to the store for things we forgot like cooking oil, coffee or shampoo. This one really does have everything you need. Also the owner was very fast to respond to any questions I had once there. Definitely a great choice for a family rental. I highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 21, 2022The setup is wonderful, love the fact that there are slats between the neighbor and the hot tub. Extra quiet area, super cute home with all the right amenities. Perfect for a family trip or just a couples retreat.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022The house is large inside and beautifully decorated/updated. We had 3 adults and 5 children while staying here for July 4th week. The house had every amenity we could ask for in our annual family vacation to Sargent. The property owners go above and beyond to make sure you are cared for and that is my number one reason we will stay here again in the future. (If we don't buy something sooner down here.) All the bedrooms were great and the hot tub was perfect for morning or evening soaks. I highly recommend this home if you want to just relax on the water with family!
