Beautiful Home with Elevator and Ocean Views, only 1 block from Ocean (2-minute walk) within 5mi of 7 excellent Golf Courses. Less than 10 miles from The Dunes Beach and Golf Resort which will host the PGA Myrtle Beach Classic from May 8-11, 2025.

This beautiful new home has gorgeous ocean views, 2 fanned front balconies that cross the front of the house at levels 2 and 3, and large decks at those levels as well. The house is inverted, with the kitchen on and large family room anddining area on the 3rd floor allowing guests to enjoy magnificent ocean views. The 2nd and 3rd floors are accessible by both stairs and an elevator. The home is beautifully furnished and includes too many amenities to list including smart TVs in all 5 bedrooms, as well as the living room and the game room, a cocktail game table with 412 video games, a regulation Skee Ball game for practice before you hit the boardwalk, Yogibo couch and chairs for game play, washer/dryer, and free Wi-Fi among many others. The house boasts two masters, the 3rd floor master includes a king bed with in-suite bathroom and gorgeous tiled shower as well as an ocean view and the 2nd floor master also includes a king bed and beautiful balcony as well as an en-suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom, also on the second floor, includes a queen bed as well as a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, ideal for kids. This bedroom shares a large Jack and Jill bathroom with the 4th Bedroom which features a beautiful outdoor deck. The 5th bedroom is at ground level and has an in-suite bathroom. Also located at the level is a second refrigerator and small kitchen area. Overall, the home includes 5 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 12+ with 4.5 bathrooms. The house is beautifully furnished and linens, bath towels and beach towels are all available for your comfort and convenience. The house is fully cleaned and sanitized between guests for your safety. The house is in a peaceful quiet neighborhood only 1.5 blocks to the beach (so no driving to the beach and paying to park or getting your car full of sand) with lots of privacy in the backyard which backs up to dunes. The back patio outside the kitchen has a barbecue grill and tables and chairs to dine al fresco. The house is a short trip from the beautiful Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, a variety of gorgeous golf courses for golfers at all skill levels, and near to the Tanger Outlet Mall. The area also offers outstanding dining from steak and seafood, to Italian and of course barbecue, just to name a few. Great house, 5 min walk to the beach, you can see the ocean from the third floor. Beds very comfortable, Shower has great pressure, Dining table room for 10 to sit plus four more at the kitchen counter, well stocked kitchen. Will be back , thank YOU

This property was perfect for our three family stay, a short walk to the beach (mind the blue signs so you don’t go the extra long way like we did the first day!). Comms were slower than expected but the owners dad stopped by mid-stay to check in. [Only suggestion for the owners is an update to the outdoor shower - there aren’t any walls and with a property next door with multiple balconies, we didn’t feel comfortable giving our kids an actual shower before entering the house.]

This was a lovely house, within a block or two of the beach! The house had plenty of space for our party, and was comfortable and clean. We loved walking to the beach every day. My only suggestion is to add darker curtains to the bedrooms. We had a wonderful visit and would love to come again someday!

Michele was amazing, very responsive and she even left a welcoming gift ?. The house was great and perfect for our family only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Loads of things for kids to do in the house with plenty of games and the elevator was a life saver after long walks on the beach. House is really close to local amenities, outlet stores and water parks. Would definitely be back!!

My family, a few of our in-laws, and friends with their family stayed. We had more than enough space for communal gathering and for private time when desired in this wonderful home. A great combination of indoor and outdoor spaces with high end additionals (eg cookware, dishes). Michele was always responsive to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again when we head back to the Myrtle Beach area. We were there for a baseball tournament in Myrtle Beach (25 minutes away) - I am sure there are a number of other closer options to the fields, but we’re very happy we decided to stay here.
