Great house for a family gathering

Temp control is iffy at best. Downstairs N bedroom was so hot on night that we opened the window to cool off. Which lead to finding out that the winding handle to close the window only works so far and you have to have someone outside and someone inside to latch it. Also noticed that the door will close itself from the air pressure difference. S bathroom has a drain issue with the toilet. Kitchen sink faucet comes apart quite easily at the handle. Oven door has a large crack in it. Not sure if the kitchen overheat was the heater or the stove. Window shades need some attention. Flat rocks outside the back door need to be reset into the dirt. We didn't use the hot tub though it did look inviting. Pool table was fun. Lack of any music outside of the TV was a bummer. Having the outside keypad code to open the garage door would have been nice...

We liked the location, the kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having all the bikes at our disposal. On the other hand, the dryer wasn't functional and we didn't discover that until we washed a large load of clothes. The hot tub was murky and we weren't inclined to use it for that reason. The patio furniture was rough and not very clean making the patio not very inviting either. The first night we got there no one could take a shower because the water heater was turned down to vacation mode. Finally there was some kind of annoying alarm noise in the downstairs bathroom that went off when someone used the upstairs bathroom and didn't shut off until you flushed the toilet downstairs.

impressive property with great amenities. very clean and well kept. 10/10 would book again

It is a very spacious house, the extra beds was a blessing because the kids could have their own bed. The pool table was a plus. Everybody enjoyed the house.

Big interior of house allowed plenty of elbow room and joint activities indoors: games, meals, watching grand kids growing up. Sharc passes were well utilized. Bicycles greatly appreciated and in good shape. Canoe not used, but every other method of floating the river was employed repeatedly since the river was only a hundred yards away. Located near services at the North end of Sun River (gas, groceries, etc.) Reading material available to learn all about the resources and attractions of this great area. Two car garage allowed keeping all our toys secure. Walking the dog easy and convenient and yes we picked up after ourselves.
