Beautiful Home Near Beach Sleeps 12+

Brian, our host, was very attentive and took care of any question or concern we had. The house had plenty room for me, my husband and our six friends to stretch out in. The floor in the hallway really needs to be fixed before someone falls through - but that was the only issue we had. Would stay there again!!

Great location, great living room, great patio

While somewhat of a weird layout, the house did function adequately. We understand that we requested an early arrival but based on the condition of the cleanliness of the house it probably would not made a difference. Based on the countertops, floors, ceiling fans ,headboards and outside grill they probably hadn't been adequately cleaned in a while. Kitchen sink hot water was inadequate and sent a message to the host with no response. I addressed several concerns to the host via email that was listed in their welcome book with no response. While the home did meet our needs by it's location, we would have enjoyed our stay more if the house had been presented in a much better condition

My friends and I stayed at this property for a concert that was in town. There were 8 of us who stayed in the house, and we had plenty of room for all of us to sleep. The amenities were great. We really enjoyed the pool table, dart board, and the backyard. It was a great place for us and will stay again if we have another event in the area.

Thus was the worst holiday experience my family has ever endured. One the day of arrival 3 hours before check-in I was informed that the unit that we reserved was double booked and not available to us but the host had some other options. After listening to them I chose the largest of the 3 properties due to us having a physically hand-icap relative. After reaching the untit, I reached out to the host about the toilet leaking and was informed that someone would come out the following day. This did not occur. I later reached out to the host to inform them that the sheets had stains, the ice trays were dirty and broken, the kitchen sink had an ongoing leak, the stove was filthy, the microwave didnt work, and the remote for the ceiling fan wasnt working. I never got a response from them. I really feel like I was scammed but I know that evil never prevails. Needless to say I will not do business with this host again and I submitted our complaint to BBB along with photos. The host did send me $100 to compensate for the double booking but never addressed the horrible condition of the property.
