There are several great mountain views from the house, as you relax and enjoy the Colorado scenery. This is an excellent place to stay for your AFA graduation visit, or Colorado vacation!

Stayed May 25, 2025The property was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. Conveniently located. It was so nice having a house to come back to every day after each day’s activities where everyone could gather and relax together.

Stayed May 21, 2018We rented the house for 2018 USAFA graduation the proximity to North Gate could not be better. The house is a spacious ranch, 2 bedrooms up and 3 down. Very nice game room in the basement. The hosts were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Don't hesitate, book this house!
