A beautiful, peaceful and centrally located family home in the Beach. This spacious, light filled home has two balconies and a lovely back yard oasis. Located minutes from bustling Queen Street East, tennis, parks, paddleboarding and Ashbridge's Bay / Woodbine Beach, this is the perfect place to enjoy summer in Toronto.

Guest access

The property has 2 parking spots, but they are challenging to get in and out of. As someone who lives here when the space is not rented, I have noissue, but it takes some learning to get the angles right. I drive a small SUV and pull in one mirror when coming up the driveway. I am happy to help the first few times. I will also cover the cost of street parking for one car if you are not comfortable using the driveway.

Other things to note

There is an 11 kW EV charger in the garage for cars with J-1772 type plug. Electricity usage is metered and standard rates will be passed on (no mark-up) to renters. There is an espresso machine (uses ground coffee - we start you with a welcome bag of beans), coffee grinder, blender, microwave and dishwasher.
