The modern holiday home Son Ropit with its beautiful stone façade enjoys an elevated position on a slight hill in the rural lowlands near the east coast of Mallorca. The house, the pool area and the terraces are blessed with marvellous views over the countryside near Portocristo as far as the sea. The spacious finca for 6 people is surrounded by a well-kept plot with the most typical vegetation on the island. Its private driveway leads through the middle of the property and ends in a car park for several cars behind the house. To the side of the house is a beautiful, elevated, south-east-facing sun terrace. Here, comfortable loungers and a large, shallow pool invite you to sunbathe for hours. A spacious covered terrace with a mobile barbecue is available for relaxing naps and cosy meals in the shade. You will especially enjoy this cosily lit area on warm summer nights.



The interior of Son Ropit is bright and friendly. An elegant entrance area leads into a summery decorated living room. A wide glass door provides easy access to the covered terrace. Right next to it: a well-equipped kitchen where you can refine your breakfast with freshly mixed fruit juices. The dining area with fireplace is integrated into the kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase at the entrance leads up to the upper floor. It houses a further two double bedrooms, one of which has access to a large, covered terrace with sensational views. On this level there are also two individual bathrooms with bathtubs and another sun terrace overlooking the pool. For sociable evenings, you will find a good selection of board games. The holiday home is located approx. 10 minutes by car from Manacor and the lively holiday resort of Portocristo. Both towns offer good shopping facilities. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Millor, Cala Mendia, S'Illot and Sa Coma are around 12 minutes away by car.
