This newly built villa, Sa Sinia, is located on a secluded estate with a rich agricultural history and offers a unique sense of peace and tranquillity, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and relaxation, yet close to shopping and restaurants.

The highlight of the villa is the spacious pool terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The large pool, with gentle steps for easy access, is surrounded by a partially covered terrace. The pool is child-safe andhas a shallow area that is separated for privacy.

Inside, all rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. The spacious living and dining area with cosy fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals. The villa has six double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, making this villa perfect for groups or families.

The villa is located on one of the best cycling routes in Mallorca and has a secure bicycle storage room.
