Stayed Feb 10, 2019In a nice area and minutes to I95 and Melbourne. House was very clean and host was great and great communication. Plenty of room for a family. Had very good wireless and Direct TV and updated kitchen. Had use of the garage with an opener. Supermarket, good cafe, Dunkin Donuts, other restaurants a couple miles away. Will stay here again when in the area.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025There was not enough seating in the living area and the table only sat 4 people. Overall cleanliness was poor. There were several live and dead cockroaches in the house. The floors were also very dirty, I recommend wearing shoes if you don’t want black feet or ruined socks. Also makes sure and check the app for check in directions because the address and the code that was sent via email was not correct so it took us a minute to find the correct address and code to get in.

Stayed May 22, 2025Stayed here with my husband and daughter for a prospect camp at Florida Tech, which was just 15 minutes down the road. This place allowed us to relax after a busy day and also after a beach trip. Beats staying at a hotel and being stuck in one room. Home is well equipped and allowed minimal packing. Convenient to the beach and is in a very quiet, safe and established neighborhood.
