Beautiful Home in North Beach Resort & Villas - Only 150 Yards to Pools/Beach!

The pool and hot tub at the resort where great. The house was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we need when we made a meal.

It was a snake in our bedroom! First, let me start by saying, I'm terrified of snakes. We had driven 7 hours to get here from Ohio. All we wanted to do was relax. After we picked up the packet and keys for the VRBO (which was a inconvenience by itself), we finally found the house (GPS didn't locate it at first). The door was already unlocked to the unit. As we are walking around checking out the place, I heard my daughter scream, snake! We ran downstairs. There it was laying in the middle of the doorway of the bedroom. The first thing i did was contact the management company but no one answered the phone (they only allow you to text them). I explained to them, there was a snake in our unit and someone needed to come over. Needless to say, no one ever came! No one ever asked if we were ok. We could tell by the way the downstairs looked that the person cleaning the unit left in a hurry. There were serveral items that were out of place, stuff still in the dresser drawers, cleaning items still on the tables and a foul smell as if the floor wasn't mopped. The house could really use a deep cleaning. As for the snake, my husband, eventually got one of the trash cans and swept the snake in it with the broom and took it back outside while i hid upstairs. I realize that things like this can happen when you live around nature but this incident ruined my stay. Getting rid of the snake should not have been our problem.

Great location to the beach and pools. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious house with plenty of living space and privacy. Close to many restaurants and other activities.

We stayed at home as a 70th Birthday trip for our mom. The house offered plenty of space for the 8 of us, providing everyone a quiet space to relax if needed. The location is excellent, 6 minute walk to the beach/pool area.

House was very comfortable and located perfectly to the pools and beach. It is a wonderful resort with plenty to do. Definitely plan to visit again.

We love this resort and have stayed in the villas at-least 8 times. The location is always great. If I had never stayed at a prior villa I would give this a great rating; however, we had some issues with this villa. The house keys and the door lock were difficult to open and spent more time than we would have liked dealing with this each time we left and returned. The balcony chairs were not clean. There was a spilled liquid of some sort on the chairs. The sliding door to the balcony wouldn’t latch. The light under the stove top didn’t work. There were a few chips on the glass dining table and so that was a safety concern given we had a 3year old with us. There was a coaster that was set out on the table but it was broken and missing the third piece. Not sure why that was left out. My daughter found a roach in the bathroom. The garage door didn’t close and we had to get maintenance to come out. The WiFi antenna was broken on the box but the WiFi did work. We will be coming back to the resort; once the updates have been made at this home we would like to stay again.

Wow! The house was stunning and clean! I’m giving it 4 stars because this was the first time that there was no soap/shampoo, no laundry detergent, no dish tabs, no sponge, no extra rolls of TP and no cleaning sprays. The washing machine did not spin well as all of the clothes were really wet. Using an actual key was a step back in time. Otherwise the house was beautiful! The location was great with easy access to the beach.

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home for our spring break with our four boys. We enjoyed the heated pool amenities at the North towers. The beds were all so comfortable, the porch was a perfect place to drink coffee, and the living and kitchen areas were very spacious. The short walk to the pools and beach was a great perk. Local to everything. We hope to return again someday!

I rented 4 houses for a large golf trip- all were perfect.

This was one of the best beach houses we stayed at. The rooms was spacious and clean. With having 10 people in the house there was enough room for family time and privacy time! Great location and the shuttle service was amazing when transporting us to and from the pools and beach area!!

This house was absolutely beautiful and clean! ITrip made it so easy for us to get checked in and didn’t miss a single detail in their welcome packet. Just a few steps from wonderful pools and beach access, plus restaurants and shopping right around the corner, this was ideal for our family. We will definitely be back.

Very nice house, really enjoyed the porch. The location and amenities of the resort were great. House could use a deep clean though.

We had a great time celebrating our kid’s college graduations. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. Loved the layout of the villa. The resort / pool was a short walk with plenty of chairs and a swim up bar. Easy check in and check out. If I had to nit pick it would be with the cleaners. The floors could use a really good scrubbing. The front entry rug has stains on it and the walls had lots of scuff marks. It could use a refresh. None of this affected our stay. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Loved it. Great place and location for family. Took advantage of beach and pool amenities. Beautiful place. Very walkable neighborhood. Our kiddos had so much fun!!!

The house worked out perfectly for our trip for a family wedding. 3 couples used the single bed rooms and my son and his cousin shared the room with two queen beds. Quiet area and everyone would congregate on the deck in the morning for coffee it was a great. Took advantage of the added discount on golf with my sons and being able to go to the beach and have use of the bathroom at the pool instead of having to go back to the house was convenient.
