The cozy cottage is high placed, on a hilly natural ground and only 200 m from the beautiful sandy beach. It is well insulated, among other things with energy windows. The living room with wood-burning stove is nicely furnished and especially cozy when the fire crackles in the stove. The 50 m² pool room and the 18 m² pool ensure that you can spend good and relaxing vacations here in any weather. The house also has a small hem where the children can play. Here are also mattresses foradditional sleeping accommodation. Two bathrooms and four spacious bedrooms make this house also ideal for two families. On three sides the house is equipped with good terraces. The property borders the forest Mejlgård Skov to the east, enjoy the view of this protected forest from the undisturbed terrace behind the house. Deer and other game often come out of the forest onto the property. 100 m from the house starts a 5 km long cycling and hiking trail and takes you along the water through the protected area to Bønnerup. In Fjellerup Strand there is mini golf and good fishing.
