Stayed May 1, 2023The house was lovely and comfortable - perfect for our family of 3. Towels and kitchen cooking utensils were provided (no spices). The location - yards from Bayfront Public Beach and an 8-minute relaxed walk to the white sands of Bean Point Beach - was so good. The only major detractor is unchangeable - the portion of Bayfront Beach closest to the house has been contracted out to a sand bagging and gravel company by the city. So the views to the water are entirely obstructed and there's a constant beep-beep of large construction vehicles backing up with their loads throughout the weekly 9-5 pm, which makes relaxing outdoors a challenge. However, convenience and charm overcame that irritation. It was a great vacation!

Stayed Jun 13, 2022It was a nice getaway from nys…very close to the beach and where the trolly can grab you….only thing that was a damper was the internet cutting in and out daily…we managed and went out and did stuff just sucked towards the end of the night….other than that it was amazing!☺️

Stayed May 15, 2022Comfortable Home on a Busy Street Corner This home was open and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs...........pots & pans, dinnerware, etc. We were able to use the Gazebo any time of day as it was shaded and breezy. The home sits on a sometimes busy street corner. Across the street a sand bagging company was in operation Monday - Friday from 9AM to 4 PM. At times there was a lot of noise and congestion. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed May 2, 2022We stayed at the property for a week for our babymoon - I'm 7 months pregnant and really appreciated the very short walk to the beach! Property was very clean and tidy - I would definitely anticipate bringing all of your own needs besides towels and soap - One roll of TP was provided in each of the bathrooms, which was called out in the check in instructions but not the listing, not to mention it being one-ply. Not a huge deal since we had to do some shopping for the week anyway, but these details can really make a difference! Maybe once more guests stay at the property, more essentials will accumulate, like spices (salt and pepper) and so forth. Living room could use some more up-to-date games as well (I don't anticipate many families using the trivial pursuit game) but it's a good start. Plenty of room and communication with property managers was thorough - even got an early check in, which was appreciated since we drove 20 ish hours down.

Stayed May 25, 2021Thank you so much for hosting us! Our group had a great time and loved the location and cleanliness of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and beach towels and chairs were provided as well. There was plenty of space for a group of 4 and we will definitely return!

Stayed Mar 13, 2021We found and booked Shore's Nice last minute. The house has been recently remodeled and landscaped and is very nice & clean. The location is great being on the north end of the island and close to everything up there. There is a nice view of the water from the house & gazebo because the house is across the street from the Bay and there is a park that runs all of the way down to Anna Maria Pier so there are no homes, looking diagonally to the right, in front of the house. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the gazebo and lounging on the chaises in front of the house & looking at the water. We would definitely stay here again.
