We stayed here while breaking up our drive to Flordia to spring break. The location is great to visit multiple different Kentucky caves. What an amazing house with just as amazing scenery. So clean, comfortable, and homey. We felt like we were at a second home. The host’s were so quick to respond (literally within minutes) with any questions we had. We would definitely be back if we come back to this area again. Not one issue or disappointment. I would highly recommend!!!
we were satisfied with our holiday! The house was clean, nice view from the back of the house!
My family and I recently stayed in this home while we were visiting caves in the area. The home is absolutely beautiful. The house was extremely clean, had a very well stocked kitchen (which was wonderful for our family since we cooked every day), and lots of space for everyone. The owner responded to all the questions I had within minutes. I would highly recommend this home for anyone with a family who is looking for a beautiful and comfortable home to relax and enjoy while visiting the area.
The family enjoyed the stay. The house was comfortable but we wish we would of have view of the lake.
My family and our friends were looking for a home to share during our trip to Mammoth Caves National Park. This home met many of our needs and in person it was even better. It's a lovely home, well kept and clean. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second, which was helpful since we had two families staying there. There's also a gorgeous screened-in porch which looks out at their beautiful view. This home made our stay even more special; we'll certainly keep it in mind in the future!
This place was the cleanest VRBO I’ve been to! The amenities were exactly as described and there were a few extras that weren’t mentioned. Check is was super easy and the host was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. 10/10 would go back!
If I could give zero stars I would, because we were nickeled and dimed after checkout. We were charged several hundred dollars in addition to the standard house cleaning fee. Of which, we agreed to pay for half for a chip in the paint of the kitchen cabinet door smaller than the size of a pea and a broken door stop. The rest of the charges were simple cleaning tasks, such as a tomato on the floor, dried yogurt on the molding, tangled blind cords and for the replacement of a rug because of a single drip stain. I would think if you are charging a cleaning fee the cleaning process would involve more than using a dry piece of paper towel and a vacuum. This rental house is not perfect and we were planning on giving a positive review until we were excessively charged at check out. A guest should not be expected to leave a place in pristine condition. The cleaning fee we paid should have covered the minor cleaning tasks, and removal of small stains. This house is not good for families based on how the owners overcharged our family.
