    Loved staying here with my family of 7! There is quite a few stairs right at the entrance and would be dangerous for people with smaller kids but other than that we loved our stay.     Overall it was ok. We liked the community. In general the house itself was adaquate. The coffee machine was not cleaned out from a previous user and broken; the blender weWas broken as well. Beach towels from a previous occupant were draped over the deck when we got there. Seems like the cleaners may have missed a few things. Golf cart ran well but was older looking. The highligh was the management companies responses. They brought us a new coffee maker and blender. We didnt open the blender, but the next occupants should have working machines.

    The property manager provided the wrong door code. My wife and I tried for hours to get ahold of the emergency contact to let them know of this issue, but they did not respond. We ended up having to get a hotel and book an additional property for our stay. When the company finally contacted me at 11:00 a.m. the next day, they were not apologetic, sympathetic, and provided no course of resolution. Highly disappointed and I would not recommend.

    Property was great. Very Comfortable and Clean. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers to have their own space. Our main issue was the golf cart is in need of maintenance and repair and was one of the main reasons we chose this property. The seats had quite a bit of wear and the cart pulled hard to the right. We were close to blue mountain public beach access and didn't have any issues finding a spot and parking there. We also went to Grayton Beach a couple of times and used the golf cart to drop off our things at the beach access and I took the cart to the public parking and took the shuttle back to the red bar. This was a little more hassle but my wife prefers Grayton. We will definitely consider this place again in the future with hopes for a better maintained cart.

    Everything was clean except the housekeepers had left a dirty towel on the steps. Their was a very odd odor when we entered. We tried to get rid of it with baking soda and bowls of vinegar sitting around which helped some. At first we thought it was a pet odor but house was supposed to be pet free. We ended up deciding it was a peppery just weird odor. The bikes also were pretty warped and not in the best shape but did work. One of them was worse than the others. Golf cart was handy, pool was amazing and great space for our family of four. Was disappointed that the Punic beach accesses are getting smaller and smaller.

    Property was ok. The drive way wasn’t fully pictured. It was narrow and positioned weird hard to get in and out. Floors felt dirty, the garbage disposal smelt awful, and the refrigerator doesn’t get cold. Possibly low on Freon. Restrooms were good and bedrooms were good. Overall 3 stars.

    We were so happy with this home and neighborhood! The house was fabulous, clean, and in great safe condition. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and there was plenty room for more. Master was fab and bed was comfy. My youngest loved the bunks with a slide. We never had to use the living room pullout. Loved having our own private home and own washer/dryer. The golf cart with the house was the icing on the cake. We took it everywhere - pool, beach, restaurants, etc. The only thing we drove to really was the nearby Publix. The neighborhood pool was resort vibes and so beautiful! Recommend going at 8am when they open to have it all to yourself - my boys loved that. The neighborhood was a cute collection with adorable road pavers, and in a great location. We used a couple different beach access points nearby and you can’t go wrong anywhere along that beach line. We saw dolphins off the coast, rays swimming in the surf, lots of fish varieties, a few jellies, crabs, it was so fun for the kids. Half the week was calm water and the other half perfect for boogie boarding. We rented beach chairs a couple days which was perfection to get out of the sun a bit and not have to lug around beach gear. We did a fishing charter that launched off Grayton beach - super close and a great successful trip! I would rent this same house again in a heartbeat, and I am sad we had to leave!

    Property was as described . It was Clean and in great location tucked into the back of the neighborhood. Family was pleased with the house as well. Lots of space for 4 people with Plenty of fresh towels and sheets etc. Bike locks did not work, and we had an issue with the golf cart , but it was resolved quickly so very happy about that. Would def book again!

    First time to 30A and was worried about not being in the beach. We were able to drive the golf cart to Blue Mountain beach and park. It was perfect. The golf cart was great for driving to the pool and restaurants as well. We had a flat tire on the golf cart and messaged them and they were there within a couple hours. They were fast to answer and get the tire aired up. I would recommend!!
