Beautiful holiday home with pool.

We enjoyed a week at this villa. Very comfortable, pool is wonderful and the view of the mountain is amazing from it. The kitchen has everything one would need. The local supermarket is great, 2 minutes walk and has far better wine selection than the large Mercadona in Javea. We ate at the lovely local Restaurante Mi Almazara, it’s about 10 mins walk along the main road. Other restaurants are a longer walk away. Beach is about a 20 min drive. Javea about 10 mins drive. Rosemarie is very helpful as is Said who lives locally who sorted out the pool filter for us. Would stay here again. We enjoyed it.

Last February we were allowed to stay for a month in the beautiful home of the family Kellerer. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the spacious house, the sunny places and beautiful colorful sky when the sun set. The communication with the owner Rosemarie and with Saïd on location was great; it was very friendly, fast and adequate. For example: During our stay Rosemarie asked if everything was fine. We told her that we enjoyed the house and that everything was great. And if we had to say something, we personally missed a microwave. Not a problem for sure! The next day Saïd brought us one. This was not the purpose of our comment, but the action demonstrated a high level of service and making the guests happy. We had a very nice and well stay. We would love to come back. So if you are think to book this house don't hesitate, just book. In other reviews there is little complain about the neighborhood dogs. There are indeed occasionally barking dogs, but this was not disturbing to us. Our dog didn't respond either. We had a really good time. We good facilities, good WiFi (to work) and more.. We had a wonderful holiday in the villa that lies at the foot of the beautiful Montgo mountain. The garden is large and well maintained with beautiful plants and flowers and the swimming pool is really large (12,5 meter long). The villa is nice and has airco in all rooms and the kitchen is well equipped. Good beds in all 3 bed rooms. There is a small supermarket with fresh bread close by. Javea is a really nice town with a nice sandy beach (Arenal) and plenty of good restaurants and shops. Nice personal contact with the German owner and Said who provided us with the key and maintains the garden and pool and is available for assistance when needed. We hope to go back to this little paradise in the near future.

relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. the owners do everything they can to give you a pleasant stay, but I would like to point out the constant fright effect of all the watchdogs in the area. everyone has such an aggressive beast in the garden. even at night they bark so you can't sleep. the dogs run aggressively along the fence directly adjacent to the back of the villa. it's scary when you're having breakfast in the backyard and they suddenly jump 50 cm away from you against the fence. and they are not small dogs, but very large guard dogs. But again, this cannot be blamed on the owner of this wonderful place.

We had with a child and a couple of frien a great time is this villa. The welcoming at our arrival was perfect, the house well kept and equipped. We found exactly what we expected thanks to the description. Life has been mostly around the remarkable pool in the middle of a garden which provides perfect privacy. We enjoyed Alicante and the beaches of Oliva but the comfort and the atmosphere of the place did not encourage so many travels. A car is a must to reach easily all the point of interest but a small supermarket is at walking distance. We thanks the owner for the fair and clear contracting process.
