Our third stay here and once again we are so grateful - This place really is a dream! Perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood with kind and friendly neighbors. A short drive to the beach but several great restaurants are close by the house. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and responsive. This home always feels like a true home away from home. Can’t wait to come back for stay number four!

The house was exactly as seen in the photos. Older home with updated features and stylish furniture/design. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was cold. Good water pressure. All the kitchen supplies available to cook. The home was uncluttered and felt very spacious for a 2 bed/2 bath. We had a very nice stay.

Well-located and spotlessly clean, this was one of our favorite VRBOs ever. I'm originally from Pensacola, so very much appreciated how Old East Hill has come so far. This house is walkable to anything in town you might want to do, short drive to baseball stadium, and easy drive to beach. Everything we needed was there - will stay here again!

Only wish bathroom was in the room with the second bedroom. The sink is so small. Other than that we loved it

Our three-night stay was comfortable, quiet, and worry free! Beautiful, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Short distance to historic downtown, to NAS Pensacola, and four minutes to the famous McGuires Pub and steak house. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Had very good experience, would definitely stay here again. Easy 7 min walk to Pensacola bay center to watch hockey. No issues at all during our stay. Downtown is just a few minutes drive and shopping and dining close by.

We were visiting for an event at PCC/PCA. Home was very close and convenient.

Excellent time in a very comfortable house. Hot tub was great. Host was very on top of and proactive about taking care of the place. Great communication. Would absolutely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay and communication was great. If you are wanting to use the hot tub on arrival day - turn up as soon as you get there… we did not and it takes a little while to go up from 89. ( or maybe ask the owner to preheat at a little higher temp for use that same night.) Hot tub was very clean which was important for us. Bikes available and beach towels/umbrella and couple chairs. Nice addition for beach days and riding downtown. We enjoyed our privacy and it was quiet. Fun couples anniversary trip !

This was our third stay here because we love the location, the neighborhood is quiet, and it fits all our needs! Highly recommend !!

The home was exactly what was expected. Everything was provided to make my stay comfortable and relaxing. Location is amazing to get to all local restaurants and beach!

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Private area with bbq grill and hot tub was amazing. Nice front porch to enjoy your morning coffee on. Close to several restaurants. Just a short drive to Pensacola Beach. The owner was very good about contacting before our arrival with check in instructions.

We enjoyed staying here so much last year that there was no doubt to stay here again this year. The house is in a safe quiet neighborhood and so close to just about everything. We look forward to staying again next year.

This house is in a convenient location to downtown and close to the bridge that goes to Pensacola Beach. The property owners communicate helpful information and are quick to reply with questions.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and beautiful when we arrived. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Highly recommend a staying here and the hot tub was a nice bonus. House was close to everything but the courtyard and the layout provided a nice sense of privacy.
