NEW FOR THE 2025-26 SEASON: Kitchen updates, freshly painted throughout, new carpet in bedrooms, turbo shower heads.

Welcome to your Park City home! Ok, technically it's ours, but we want you to enjoy it as if it's your own. We love Park City and over the past 20 years we've made lots of great memories here. It's the perfect mix of family fun and nightlife, with the best skiing and lightest powder on the planet. We'd been looking for a place to buy for a while and had a really good sense of what we wanted (and didn't want) from our condo. After years of searching we finally found #2 Greyhawk and are happy to share all of the things that make it the perfect vacation spot with you. Here's a short list:

–Low schlep factor. The Park City free shuttle stops literally at the base of our stairs. Of all the places we've stayed over the years, including some ski-in / ski-out, this is the easiest. If you do decide to drive, there are two spots in the underground garage so you'll never have to clear snow off the car before heading out. Random tip: If you're not renting a car, taking an Uber from SLC is usually much less expensive than the typical shuttle operators.

–Easy walk to Main Street. We're exactly 8 minutes from the Chocolate Factory, which is where most evenings in town somehow end up. You might walk a bit faster or slower depending on your sugar level, but between your feet and the free shuttle, driving is totally optional.

–We're almost exactly halfway between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. Only about 5 minutes away from each.

–Great layout. There's an open main level/living area adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. We love to cook, hang and enjoy friends/family and this floor plan is perfect for that. The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs from the main level, so there's plenty of privacy. Also, ours is an end unit, which has more windows in the living room and a wrap-around deck.

–Private hot tub. Because, well, do we really need to elaborate Take comfort in knowing that only you and your friends/family will be soothed in this tub. If you like, we can even arrange to have it drained and refilled fresh before your stay.

–Relaxed vibe. The feeling you get when you walk into #2 Greyhawk is unmistakably welcoming. It's a happy place.

–Two sinks and a large vanities in each full bathroom. Because everyone needs a place for their toiletry bag.

–Awesome water pressure. After a long day of skiing and a deep soak in the hot tub, there's nothing better than a good, strong shower. We just replaced the heads and the flow feels great on sore muscles.

On top of this, we recently installed new floors and furniture in the living area and upgraded to 300x20 high speed Wi-Fi so you can download movies or giant PowerPoint files (that just couldn't be edited by anyone else but you on vacation). There's also a printer in case you need hardcopies of anything.

Most importantly, we hired an amazing local management company, Park City Host, to make sure our guests are totally cared for. If you need help with anything from maid service to medical recommendations, there's someone local you can call 24/7. Vacation time is precious. We're all about making sure you enjoy it to the fullest!

One more thing - If you decide to stay at our place, we'll be happy to do a zoom / call with you and download all the best tips, tricks and reccos.

I thought the presentation was average. Eg the pots in the kitchen were just thrown in, it took me 10 minutes to empty it and restack in an orderly way. A shelf against the fireplace had dropped off it it’s support with books etc. slumped to the back. I left this. Some of the blinds didn’t operate well due to broken adjusters. All together it gave the impression the place was a bit run down. In saying that, we enjoyed our stay, the space was great and we were happy. The above is feedback. When you are paying good money and relying on photos, you expect exceptional.

Great location! It's on the bud route to Deer Valley. Easy access to bus stop across the street. The master bath could use some upgrades, but overall a nice place!

We had a wonderful time at the Greyhawk condo! Snow was amazing. We were there the week we got 23 inches in 24 hours. Amazing conditions. This condo was perfect for Deer Valley...easy drive...close to downtown restaurants at night. Hot tub was super every day after all day skiing. Highly recommend!

Bus stop at front door gets you anywhere in town in minutes. Underground parking means no digging out. Unit fully stocked with what you need. Area for improvement hot tub no snow removal prior to our visit meaning we had to remove snow with broom as no shovel available. No closet space as closets completely over stuffed with stuff.

This condo is perfectly situated for access to Deer Valley resort and Park City’s Main Street with or without a car. We caught the free bus right outside the condo complex to ski, then walked to and from town at night (10 min). As for the condo itself, the hot tub was a highlight, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet—everything you want in a ski house!

The place exactly as advertised. The only issue we had was the ice machine did not work. Very convenient to the bus. Easy to get to the skiing sand town.
