This townhome features: a fully equipped and updated kitchen with plenty of cabinets and granite counter tops, dining area open to the living room area, main floor powder room and a main floor master suite with dual sinks, walk in shower, walk in closet and access to the the deck. The upper level includes a second bedroom with a full private bath and a loft area with desk overlooking the living room.A spacious deck includes an outdoor dining table, two lounge chairs, and Weber grill. Single garage parking. Rental includes access to the neighborhood pool and spa as well as access to the heated pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center and special events at the Estate Club. Some tennis and pickle ball activities may require an additional fee. The Estate Club is a 2 min walk out the front door. Please message or email to inquire about booking. Minimum 30 day rental required by community and for off season pricing. Prefer minimum 2-5 month winter season rental. Only available for December-January 2026 season at this time.
