Beautiful fully renovated home with stunning heated pool, walk to downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dianna's home, finding it to be warm and inviting. The pool area and fenced backyard were our favorite spots, so much so that our kids opted to spend time there instead of visiting the beach. The house was well-equipped with games, books, and activities for the kids to enjoy during rainy periods. Dianna provided everything we needed for our seven-day stay, including an abundance of toiletries and cleaning supplies. I honestly could have just packed clothes for us and we would have everything needed because of her well stocked home. I utilized the grocery delivery service to the house multiple times, which was a seamless experience. The kitchen was better equipped than my own home, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (a high standard, as I am quite particular about these things). Dianna is the best host and checked on us multiple times making sure her we had everything we needed. She suggested several restaurants that we visited and loved. This will be our go to home every time we come to Fort Meyers. Thanks for a great home to stay in while my family was in town.

We had the best family vacation at this VRBO! It was clean and even better than the pictures. The pool was perfect & the hosts were beyond amazing!

We have stayed at very many VRBO properties with many excellent hosts and hostesses but Dianna tops them all. She truly cares about whether her guests have everything they need and are satisfied with their expectations. She goes above and beyond to see that they do. Her communication is very prompt. The home was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything we could need and more, and the master bed was very comfortable (the only one we used). The pool was fantastic and we spent some time in it every day of our 7 day stay. I highly recommend this property if you are ever in the Cape Coral area.

Dianna is an awesome host for sure. Her homes are outfitted almost to the point just bring your clothes and bathing suit and toiletries and relax. Excellent grill that we utilized almost daily so nice. Love the turf around the pool. Pups loved it just lay in the sun. Granddaughter swam once weather cooperated bit cold when we arrived. Dianna communicated great . Thank cannot wait to return for Christmas 2023 Janie and Bill

There is nothing Dianna has not thought of for this property and nothing she will not do for her guests, including ordering pool floats on Amazon for overnight delivery!! We had a relaxing and fun week and can not wait until next time.

Home was excellent and felt comfortable, like home away from home. Property owners are amazing and helpful giving all the details you need staying in this location and responding quickly. Can't say enough good things about everything pertaining to Property. The only bad is the drive to beaches. Absolutely beautiful beaches and water when you drive to Captiva Island. But any beach south that you head too you will be paying tolls and a bunch of traffic lights. That's the only down side. Overall experience was great and we all had a good time. Once again Property was great no complaints at all there. Very clean and everything very well organized

The pictures don't do this property justice. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean inside and out. Communication with owner was always prompt. Alarms on every door leading to the pool which were annoying at times but very much appreciated as we had small children. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home for the week.

Great home that exceeded our expectations! Owner went above and beyond to think of every single detail to make this property feel just like home. Everything we needed was at this home. We were extremely comfortable here and the backyard area with pool was amazing! The owner was so helpful and very quick to answer any questions. She provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again if in this area! Highly recommend!!!
