Beautiful Fully-Renovated 8 Bedrooms On 10 Acres / 7600sqft Estate

This house was huge! Cleanliness was good in the rooms and it seemed to have pretty much whatever we needed. The barn had some Arcade and table games that were a little older, but they most definitely added to the enjoyment of the stay. Unfortunately it was still cold when we stayed so the pool wasn’t in play, but my large group still had plenty to do to keep everyone happy. The large kitchen had plenty of space to bring in all your food for the stay and to cook dinners for everyone. The appliances were all newer and in good shape as well.

Huge property(it feels like a maze at first). Very well maintained, had all the necessary amenities, utensils, kitchen utensils etc. Everything we needed was well stocked by the owners so did not run out of anything though we were a large group.

Home was very clean, spacious, and exactly what we anticipated. We loved our stay.

We didn't end up using pool as it was cold. But other than that all the entertainments were amazing. Every games we could think of were arranged there !!! we had a great time. Supplies like towels , toilet paper and kitchen utencils were plenty. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to my friends. Already looking forward to go back !

2nd time staying at Chase's home. Great pool, lots of activities and close to South Haven. there were plenty of beds for our group of 10 to sleep comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and very expansive home with lots of accommodations!

Great spot for a large family gathering. It was clean upon arrival with ample space in both the dining room and pool deck for all 23 of us to eat together. Besides the pool, we liked the ping pong table and pickleball court. Lastly, Chase was very responsive in addressing all concerns so that our stay was not negatively impacted.

We were so impressed by the incredible spaciousness of the house and how well maintained it was. Just about everything was provided, making the stay easy. The only thing we needed was conditioner (shampoo & body wash was available in each bathroom). So much fun in the pool, playing yard games, and just enjoying the proximity to South Haven & Saugatuck. Lovely place and the owners were early accessible when needed.

First - Chase was awesome to work with! His communication was unmatched- no matter how many questions I asked! During our stay we encountered an issue- he came within one hour to fix it! The arcade games, pickleball and shuffleboard games were a huge hit! The pool was large and included lots of pool toys! The house was large enough for 3 generations to enjoy time together! The wrap around porch was always used as a quiet place for reading or just enjoying fresh air!Future renters should be aware of a few things- While the kitchen did have lots of dishes and cutlery, there are weren’t any baking dishes. We had to buy those. There was one mixer beater - but no mixer. There was only one bowl to even use to mix anything. We actually left cupcake tins that we had to buy. We were surprised at the shape of the house. The outside wood and paint were peeling and spindles on the front porch were missing. Several walls inside the house had patches that weren’t painted. We had several instances of breakers tripping for no apparent reason. Overall, there were so many positives about this house, it is a shame the owners don’t spend a little money to make it worth the money they are charging.

Our family enjoyed the arcades and game barn as well as sitting on the porch with a morning cup of coffee. The pool was absolutely wonderful and was a huge hit with all the kids. There was plenty of space for our large family both sleeping and eating areas. Linens were fresh and soft and beds were most comfortable. Short drive to town. We loved it and had a fantastic time. Hope to come back soon.

We stayed at this propery for a getaway from the Texas heat. We brought about 15 people (5 families) to experience summertime in Michigan. This place was PERFECT! Plenty of room for all! The kids loved swimming in the heated pool and playing in the basement and the arcade barn. Grownups enjoyed a Euchre tournament on the pool deck, pickleball in the barn, and enjoying the views of deer, turkeys, and sandhill cranes by the firepit. Easy, 10-minute drive to South Haven, which is an absolute gem!

We had a group of friends and family come together for a 40th birthday weekend. Everyone had an awesome time at the house. We will be coming back.

This property was wonderful and fit all of our needs. We had a good group (12-14) staying all week and had about 40 people gather for a cookout on Sunday. Everyone of all different ages, enjoyed this place! Something for everyone!

What a beautiful home! We had such a wonderful time and everybody had a bed! With 27 of us ages one to eighty that is a tall order. Plenty of room to play together, eat together, laugh together. The living spaces are large and inviting and the kitchen has literally everything we needed to cook all our meals. Crock pots and a huge assortment of table service in addition to lots of space to spread the Christmas cookies out made for way too many calories! Thank you for a lovely stay. We'll be back!

This farmhouse was the perfect place for our extended family of 19, ranging in ages 2-87. Plenty of space for us to enjoy meals and other special times together; and to get space or gather in small groups. Chase excels in communication during your stay.

The home was fantastic and as advertised! There were 10 of us staying in the house and between the eight bedrooms we each had our own bed and didn't have to resort sofa beds or futons (which I am sure are fine)! The place is huge with, at least, three large tables on the first floor, a spacious living room, a killer furnished basement with a TV and arcade games, a pool, and a whole games barn we never really explored. The house met all of our needs perfectly and Chase was very responsive and flexible. If things work out in the future, I could definitely see a return visit in our future!

The place is nicely kept. It is a great location with lots of space for both grownups & kids to play.

Our extended family gathered in West Michigan for my grandmother's celebration of life and this was the perfect place for us to spend quality time together. We used all the awesome amenities from the pool to the pickleball courts, fire pit, arcade games, and more! There was never a dull moment and plenty of different spots for us to spread out and relax when needed. The host and his team were very accommodating and quick to communicate when we reached out. They had lots of recommendations and we loved that the house was in between South Haven & Saugatuck giving us plenty of options and variety of things to do in the smaller towns within a 10-15 minute drive. We also did a day trip to Grand Rapids which was only an hour from the property. Our family would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was perfect. It was clean. It was big. It had plenty of activities. The kids loved the pool. They loved their arcade. They loved the game barn and there were plenty of rooms for everyone to stay in so we were very comfortable all in all I give it five stars! Would gladly go back!

Our group of 9 were very happy to stay at this large beautiful home. Quiet location with plenty of rooms and seatings for us but also would be great for bigger group and families. There was well stocked supplies & our friend “the cook” loved the upstairs kitchen with all the amenities including 2 gas outside grills (there’s another kitchenette too!). There’s plenty to do – but space to be alone too. We spent much time in the pool and had fun with the games in the basement but also just relaxing. We were also pleased with the great communication with had with Chase. And we loved this place so much we plan on renting next year!

Our family had a fabulous time at this clean and spacious farmhouse. Our family consisted of age 10 to 72. We spent a lot of time by the large beautiful heated pool and the large barn full of games. There are more games in the basement along with a nice family seating area. This location was close to many beaches and downtown areas. Chase and his staff were great. We would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed the home with room to fly kites and play catch. The kids enjoyed the pool immensely! There are not as many games in the game barn as pictured and a number of them didn't work. Some bedrooms have no closet/ hanging spaces. Overall though, we'd recommend the home as a great get away. Lots of things to do nearby and South Haven was a pleasure. The weather was amazing and almost bug free (which was awesome).

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely house. It was very clean and spacious. We all loved the huge pool, yard and fire pit. The kids especially liked the game room and game barn. It was great having 3 refrigerators, 3 washers and dryers for our group. The large dining room had two big tables with enough seating for our whole group! We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful and private location. Lots of things to do in the South Haven and Saugatuck areas. I would highly recommend this house!
