Beautiful farm house with pool, open spaces and amazing sea views

Beautiful location, clean, great swimming pool. If we could think of any improvements at all it would be a few more sunbeds at the pool.

A lovely place to stay in such an idyllic location; nestled in the mountains yet only 25 minutes from the sea! We will definitely come back there! :)

Mr Antonios hospitality = 5/5 stars He helped us with everything and a little bit more! :-) Unbelievable dinner - dont miss that one. Supernice view over Seborga-village and Bordighera-village close to the beach. The stonehouse had everything. (A little bit warm, we didnt have any AC - maybe bring a mosquito net…) We will def go there again. Excellent stay and place! :-)

Antonio ( Enzo ) is a great host. If there was anything missing, he was able to help all the time. The Location is in the mountains were you can enjoy a lot of silence. The pool was always clean and in good condition. His little trattoria offers great local food. And his pizza is the best ! There were plenty of opportunities of sideseeing all around and the sea is only 20-25 minutes away. We would really like to come back someday. Thanks for a great time Enzo.

The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, the view over the mountains and the ligurian sea amazing. There is also a wonderful pool. The Osteria is sometimes open and we were served delicious food every time! I strongly recommend to rent from Case Cassini. We are so happy and grateful for our stay there.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Negi - the house and the pool were nice and clean and the landlord and his familiy gave us a very cordial welcome. The view from the pool is great, the landscape is wonderful and you have the possibility to see touristic places like Sanremo, Menton, Nizza and Monaco as well as pittoresque little villages like Seborga, Perinaldo, Apricale or Dolceaqua. You can go hiking enjoying the great landscape. There are various possibilties for your holidays and we always loved to come back to the nice house and to the helpful owner's family. Thanks for the fruits from the garden and the cake, and we really liked the home made products and the very good olive oil!

We stayed in Negi for 14 days this July and had a great time there. The apartment and the new, fantastic swimming pool are wonderful! Large, light rooms, precious old furniture, modern bathrooms, a great view over the mountains to the seaside and a nice, shady terrace for relaxing and enjoying meals outside. The apartment is clean and well equiped, and the price is really fair for this amazing holiday domicile! The area of Negi is very quiet, you can watch special plants and wonderful flowers while doing long walks. If you want more touristique programme, the seaside is only 20 minutes away. What is very special is the owner´s family, they all are very, very kind. You don´t feel foreign because they´re so friendly and helpful with whatever you need or want to know. You can get fresh vegetables, eggs and fruits from their fields, and they also sell their own very, very (!) good olive oil. We were so happy and want to come back. Thanks for that wonderful, relaxing and interesting place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday!
