Step off the deck, and you’re right by the beach!

The house was clean, plenty of space, comfortable furniture and close access to the beach. Very close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants around.

We absolutely had a fabulous beachfront time at Changes in Attitudes. Our host Jan was accessible and responsive. Everything about check-in was a breeze, the kitchen was fully stocked and she even stocked refrigerator and pantry staples so that we wouldn't have to buy things like ketchup, mustard, sugar etc. The home was comfortable and had many TVs etc. It was clear that the kitchen had been updated and there was even a wine fridge which really came in handy!! She even had beach chairs, boogie boards, grill, etc which enhanced our beach enjoyment. We would stay again without reservation!!

Us, kids with spouses, and grandchildren. Had a great time! Home was perfect for us as we stayed in downstairs bedroom. Everyone else stayed upstairs. Plenty of space in the kitchen to cook and in dining area to eat meals and play games after kids in bed. Nice space to hang out inside and outside on the different deck areas. Beautiful views of the beach. Most of the home is updated which was very nice. Most of us do not drink so we used the wine fridge for water and soft drinks. The young grands liked it. :-)

This was a special getaway for our family to celebrate a loved one. Jan's place was ideal. Clean, well-stocked, beautiful views, comfy....close proximity to another family members house down the street. Would definitely rent it again.

Nice house. House had a leak earlier in the season and needed floor repairs which according to owner was scheduled for the off season. Decks were amazing to sit on in the evenings and watch the waves roll in. We are breakfast and lunch on the lower deck most mornings. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation and the property was perfect for our family.

Access to the beach is great. Loved the house. Had one small problem, tropical storm Debby. We still made the best of it. Management and support was on the ball. Thanks!!

Space for everyone. Location was excellent. Had a wonderful stay.

We arrived after the check in time but the place wasn’t ready. The first day had to call property manager because the one toilet was leaking. The next day the fan to the air conditioning unit broke off so we were without air conditioning for 24 hours. The property manager was fantastic and was very prompt to respond to issues. Had the air fixed in 24 hours but it was quite uncomfortable even with the one window air unit in the downstairs and one upstairs that the property manager put in to help. The floor in the hallway to the main floor bedroom felt like you were going to go through it. We also found food pieces in the furniture and under it. I was very displeased with the cleaning. The location of this unit is prime and the property manager was super as well as the owner’s communications.

We loved the location of the house and the beach, it wasn’t super crowded and was such an easy few steps away. The kitchen was well stocked - but overall, the house could use a lot of updating and improvements. There were no screens on the sliding doors or windows which was disappointing, because we wanted to enjoy the breeze without worrying about letting in bugs. There was not enough room for all 12 of us to be together, there are only 8 chairs at the dining table, room for 6 on the couches, and room for like 8 outside - this was also disappointing, we were there with family and wanted to spend time together and the space was not able to accommodate us. I would not want to stay with 14 people, that’s entirely too many people for this house. There were several soft spots in the floors, and water was leaking from the upstairs toilet. The house was very worn down, and same with the furniture, it definitely looks like a heavily trafficked house without the TLC and updating. The cleanliness of the house could be improved as well, it didn’t seem super clean upon arrival. We loved the location but we will not be staying here again.

Enough room for all 3 families with room for 2 other grandkids to stay also. Easy access to beach. Beautiful

House is great for a family with kids. Two bedrooms can fit four kids each. Both ocean front rooms were great and main floor bedroom was just right for my teen. Kitchen is well equipped. Closet has chairs and beach toys and deck has nice outdoor furniture.

Great weather and beach access. Great time with 9 of our family. Tons of stuff to see and do but the beach was the best!
