The space
With over 4,500square feet the house boasts five bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, making it a perfect place to stay while enjoying time with friends and family without worrying about privacy or space constraints.

This stately brick Victorian has a rich Denver history and is nestled on a quiet street just steps from Cheesman Park and two blocks from the Denver Botanical Gardens. You’ll also have easy access to the highway and all the popular downtown spots.

We’ve updated many of the appliances and features for a comfortable, convenient stay, while retaining the true charm of his elegant home on the first and second floors. You’ll also be able to enjoy our spacious, fully-stocked kitchen, dining room area, and living rooms with ample seating, windows, and natural light.

The main kitchen has been updated with a gas range, center island, marble countertops, trash compactor, recessed lighting, and handsome cabinetry that enhances the original character of the home. All our kitchens come fully stocked with coffee pods, tea bags, and coffee machine.

The first floor sitting room features an intimate space with several built-in bookcases and a full bathroom.

On the second floor you’ll find a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, double closets, Victorian bay windows, vaulted ceiling with skylights, recessed lighting, heated floors, and a fully renovated bathroom with double sinks and luxurious glass shower.

A second bedroom on the second floor also comes with a king-sized bed, its own private bathroom, and exposed brick finish.

A third bedroom comes with 2 queen-sized beds and lots of natural light.

Enjoy a nap or cozy up with a book in our loft, located above the staircase with with bright natural light and working space.

The third floor serves as another in-home apartment complete with its own kitchen, living room, full bathroom, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, and several skylights.

The basement unit has its own private entrance so guests can come and go comfortably, as well as its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The basement is a completely brand new build with modern appliances and features, including an electric stove top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, large TV, a standing glass shower, pull-out couch in the living room, built-in bookshelves and desk in the bedroom, and more.

Between the basement unit and the third floor, this house is perfect for large groups of friends or family who want to have ample space and privacy while still spending time together.

You’ll also be able to enjoy our garden areas and backyard deck with pergola.

The washer/dryer can be found in the basement hallway. There are three covered parking spaces under the carport behind the house. Additional street parking can be found in front of the house.
Guest access
We will provide a unique entry code for the smart keypad and gate a few days prior to your arrival. The code is the same for all smart locks throughout the house.

A code will also be provided for access through the backyard gate.
Other things to note
Noise Curfew: in order to respect our neighbors, please note there is a loud noise curfew between 9pm and 8am.

    The house was great for family to gather to play games in the dining room. The beds were comfortable. The owners were very kind, rushed to us twice to reset their boiler so we had heat/hot water. There was plenty of storage in the kitchens but a couple of bedrooms were in need of some place for suitcases and clothing. The bathrooms appeared newly installed and all worked well. The coffee machines and pods were abundant and worked brilliantly. The house is located within walking distance to a nice park.
