    We were on a trip to research properties for investment. We kept comparing our options to the home we were renting and it was a tough bar to overcome! This location, size and quality of finishings were top notch. We walked to the beach in just a few minutes and had very easy access to shopping and restaurants

    Loved this condo in Beachwalk!! And such a quick walk to the beach! This condo is close to Coligny shops and restaurants. The decor is welcoming and the living space downstairs was perfect for 5 adults. It was very clean! We enjoyed the outside areas on the back deck, very comfortable and private!

    Property met our needs. Attention to details could make this property outstanding: soaps in bathrooms/showers were almost empty. Closets and baseboards were dusty. Shower curtain in hall bath 2nd floor wasn’t hanging correctly. Umbrella broken on deck. Deck and furniture on deck was dirty and dusty. Decking needed to be replaced. Garage disposal didn’t run but was repaired by staff. Not all of the outlets worked: master bathrooms.

    Short walk to beach (with beach parking included if you dont want to walk). great pool. Beautiful house with every amenity you could need. We have been going to hilton head for years and this was the best one we have stayed at and we have stayed at shipyard before.

    This place was amazing. Been going to Hilton head for years and this was the nicest u it we have rented. Shipyard is one of our favorites. Easy walk to beach (you can also drive and park). Super nice kitchen. Bathrooms are great. Full washer dryer and just about every appliance you may need is available. When we first arrived our passcode didn’t work and the host called me right away and got it fixed no issues. Vacasa is the actual rental company you use and they are utterly awesome to deal with.

    This property is very clean and spacious. Our two families (including three teenage daughters) had plenty of room (and bathrooms). The two family rooms are perfect for game day and movie nights. Kitchen had all needed and BBQ was surprisingly clean. Beach is a very short walk. Do know that unlike many places I have rented this property has zero in terms of spices, cooking oil, laundry detergent, beach gear, etc. so plan your shopping accordingly. Be prepared to rent beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc and to buy beach towels. That being said, I would highly recommend.

    Upon arrival, the villa was immaculately clean and very modern. It is in a great location with many restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores just minutes away. It is adjacent to the walking path which we used almost every day. It’s an easy half mile walk to the beach and we took several sunrise beach walks. We did have an issue with the door code when we arrived but it was quickly remedied by the property manager. The owners did a great job of having multiple functional spaces to relax, eat, etc. We would stay there again.

    The layout was perfect for 3 couples; with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we had all the space we could have hoped for. There are numerous outside and inside seating areas which gave us plenty of options large enough to seat all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was spotless! The walk to the beach was just a short distance with nice walking paths to lead you there. We would definitely recommend our home away from home (Beachwalk 167) to everyone!!

    The condo was in great condition and convenient to the beach. Vacasa staff was so accommodating and quick to reply when we had questions/issues. We highly recommend Vacasa and this beautiful home.

    This Shipyard area is beautiful and Villa #167 is beautiful and updated. Easy check in and check out. To have 3 bedroom w/ 3 full bath for adult children was perfect. Kitchen has everything needed and more. From this Villa, the beach is 15 minute walk, 6 minute bike ride or 3 minute drive but only to drop off beach gear. There is no parking unless you get a stamp on your Villa car parking pass- you get this at the Welcome center. Also, I did reach out to the local manager of Vacasa (Mat) about the gas grill ( it needs a complete replacement-fire hazard). We loved the area and likely rent again in the Shipyard but will try to get closer to the beach.

    This was a perfect fit for our family. Unit was clean and updated and the two king beds a plus. Easy access to beach. We planned to book again for next year until we saw that the price tripled. Similar units in Beachwalk are much less.

    We loved the location, the space, and furnishings and comfort of this great Shipyard townhome. It was just a few minutes' walk to the beach, easy access to bike trails and all the Island has to offer. We'd highly recommend Beachwalk 167. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there!

    We enjoyed the location and access to the pool. The inside is updated. It would be nice to know about needing a beach parking pass prior. Vacasa needs improvement on their communication.

    We felt at home in this condo! It was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy being together yet provided ability to comfortably be alone if desired. The surrounding area was so serene and beautiful. A literal one minute walk to the pool and two minute bike ride to the beach couldn’t have been better!
