Very spacious and comfortable cabin. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities and common areas.
We loved our stay. The house is spacious with great bedrooms, living areas and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Even though the house is large, there are quiet get away places. The patios are fabulous and the views from the large windows are beautiful. We felt like we were living in the treetops. Just don’t bring great grandma…three stories require lots of stairs. Would love to come back again.
Great place, well stocked, many amenities. Quiet neighborhood.
It was a enjoyable staying for us specially for kids!
Lovely house which worked well for six adults and a dog. House is on a hillside so be prepared for many steps to reach the house from the road - fine for us though. Nice welcoming touches.
The location is awesome. rooms are big enough for up to 7 ppl. The kitchen has everything you may need during your stay. These must be noted by the owner: when you rent the property for 6 ppl, the service needs to be provided for 6 ppl or extra. we have found only 5 sets of towels, also there were not enough soap or shampoo for 6ppl 4 days! we used course. also, there were no extra blankets to use. it is good to provide some extra ones, especially in winter. The property has light and electricity issues. Most of the bulbs were burned and not working. we couldn't take a shower during the night. one of the rooms didn't have any light! and the last thing, a vacation house needs to have a BBQ and fire pit.
Overall a great place and experience for the kids. Lots of stairs through, so be ready for a workout.
There were cobwebs all over the inside and outside of the property. Big black ants in the kitchen and near the rear door. We found a dirty sock on a couch behind a pillow. The outside furniture is dirty and dusty- we had to clean it to use it. The cooking pans are lacking too. The backyard is steep and not fenced for dogs. Also, there are a lot of stairs to get to the house so carrying items into the cabin is very difficult- thank goodness we have teenagers. The bedroom at the top does not have blinds so the sun shines right through. We made the best of it and had a good time but we would not rent this cabin again.
It’s a long, windy road uphill getting there, but the views are spectacular. Big deck is great - we spent a lot of time there. Wood stove in the main room heats things up in the chilly evenings and mornings. Homey and comfortable.
Great home in the mountains, but not recommend for anyone who can’t do stairs well.
Lovely property. The location is isolated, especially relative to the other properties around it. The top deck is nestled among the pines and you can watch birds and squirrels during the day, or watch the bats collect bugs at night. The spacious property allowed for plenty of room to enjoy. Very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. AC/heating worked well. We had a lovely stay and hope to be back.
