Welcome to Little-Big Lake House! Right between Lake Michigan (big) and Macatawa (little), just minutes away on foot. It doesn’t get much better than this custom-built, airy retreat in Holland. The Big Green egg grill, chef’s kitchen, large screened in deck, fireplace, front porch adirondack chairs, and large yard makes spending time with friends and family a joy! With a half a dozen beds and comfy couches there is room for the whole family and friends.

**Strictly NO pets allowed**

The Space:

The bright open concept main floor with salvaged wood frame beams is the perfect place to relax, cook, or read after a long day at the beach, or in front of a fire on a wintery night. The large chef's kitchen is bathed in natural light and features all new, high-end appliances including antiqued brass French La Cornue gas range and Zephyr hood vent. The large island fosters long conversations and fun over meal prep.

The covered, fully screened in deck is equipped with two hanging “egg” chairs perfect for lounging, outdoor couch, and dining table that can easily fit 8. Outdoor dining as the late sun-sets is a must, you might even see our friend the owl at night!

The upstairs is an open loft with cosy mid-century seating and a window-facing work area for those times when you have to catch up on emails. The main bedroom has sky high ceilings, soft natural light, and beautiful spa shower and closet en-suite.

Downstairs is another spacious bedroom with second king sized bed, and full bathroom with a deep bathtub. The huge secondary living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV with all streaming services and satellite TV, comfortable sectional, and bean bag. The second work-space offers an adjustable standing-sitting desk and is flanked by hundreds of books and games to choose from. Rounding out the basement is an additional sleeping area set back from the main living area with two sets of bunk beds!

Extras!

You’re welcome to use the fishing pole (1) and the Concept-2 Erg Rower at your leisure. All available in the basement.

You’re welcome to grill to your heart’s content with the Big Green Egg. Charcoal provided.

The house was very nice, the enclosed deck was very nice and a great place to relax. The kitchen was well stocked and a great area to eat and hang out with the stools and counter. Quiet neighborhood but a short drive into downtown Holland for shopping and restaurants.

The house was even better than we imagined. There were a lot of items provided like dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and coffee which was a very nice bonus. This house is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need to make yourself at home. Downstairs was perfect for my daughter’s entire family. Loved it!!

This is one of the best Vrbos in Michican. Very attractive inside and out. Great amenities, walking distance to lake, short drive to downtown, and linen bed sheets so soft, we went online and order our own set. And if you like to cook, the French stove was a treat.
