Beautiful Custom Home with Master Suite, Pool Access & Close to Town

We loved our stay in Bend. The house was beautiful, fully equipped with everything we needed to cook from scratch (since we have food allergies and don’t eat out often). I finally managed to read again and enjoyed the books the host had: a great selection of books! Our communication with Meredith Lodging was great too. Everything from non-toxic and good quality pots and pans to shampoo and soap was thoughtful and greatly organized. Looking forward to going back and staying in that house again!

Very nice property although a little dated. Roomy, well stocked and convenient to everything you want to do. 2 car garage and fireplace were awesome. Be prepared to be asked to remove shoes on entry

Nice property & location.You might check out the water temperature at the Master bedroom shower; elsewhere in the unit had plenty of hot water

The property was very clean, comfortable, and lovely.

The house is as described. Lots of space for my family of three. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Quick to get to Mill District and other areas that had great restaurants. My only issues were with the property management team. On the day of arrival, we got to the house around 6pm and unfortunately, the code they emailed us to access the house key was incorrect. That was a little stressful. Thankfully, we were able to call and they provided us with the correct code. The house also advertises that guests have access to the community pool. There was a fob in the house but when we try to use it at the pool gate, it did not work. We called property management and they stated they would contact maintenance and call us back. They did not call us back. We call the next day to follow up and they did not know what to do and said they would make some calls and call us back. Again, we did not get a call back. So, overall, the house was fantastic. But we rented the house based on the amenities (pool access) and it is disappointing that we could not use it.

This property was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of room and we especially liked the garage. There were a couple of things we needed that weren't in the house when we checked in - garbage bags and kitchen mitts - and the property manager brought them over right away. The bed was comfortable, the blackout shades were nice and the neighborhood was super quiet. I don't want to say to many nice things, because someone else might have already rented it the next time we're in Bend - but this house was exactly what we wanted.

Great location

It would be helpful to have the outside lights on to make accessing the lockbox easier upon first arrival. We also found a spare key under the door mat. We found scattering of leaves inside the side sliding door, which was unlocked. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard. The remote garage door opener didn’t work. Otherwise all was good.

Very comfortable rental on a quiet street in an upscale walkable safe neighborhood. Close to local amenities. One of the nicest rentals in Bend.

Property was perfect in every way. Location, layout, cleanliness, etc. Exactly as described.

We didn't receive our check in info ahead of check in, but all was quickly resolved via telephone. Property was as described, check out procedures were standard, check out was at 10 am. It was a nice, quiet place to be based out of for the weekend.
