Beautiful Custom Home Steps Away From Red Rock Trails With A Relaxing Hot Tub!

This house was the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in. It was a perfect home to enjoy Sedona. Just a couple of blocks from the trailhead and a short drive to restaurants and groceries.

Our group of 4 had the best weekend here. Everything was smooth as silk, start-to-finish. It is a quiet, stunning neighborhood with access to the equally stunning Sedona.

We literally could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Many times, I worry that I’m sacrificing hospitality and amenities by booking a home and not a resort, but this felt place was the best of both worlds. The attention to detail (everything labeled, water stocked to the brim (even some frozen), water shoes available, the coffee bar fully stocked, the book guide to the area, etc) was so very appreciated. So many extra blankets and towels and pillows. They had everything I needed for my baby, too. The location is stellar, right by sugar loaf trailhead. We easily navigated to all parts of Sedona. I am so grateful we chose this place and I would absolutely come here again and again.

The house was exactly how the pictures showed it to be. It is in a safe clean neighborhood and so close to the trail head to do some hiking. It was the perfect place for our family of 4. The two teenagers had enough room to spread out. It is really a great home!

We had the most excellent stay in Sedona! This home was one of our favorites- we would give it more stars than 5! Beds were comfortable- everything was clean. The home was well equipped with kitchen supplies, laundry, games and more.Hot tub was a delight after a day hiking. We also enjoyed a game of cornhole and sat around the gas fire pit out back. Although we didn’t use them, watershoes, hiking sticks, backpacks,coolers and camp chairs were available in the garage. We were a five minute walk from the Sugarloaf hiking trail which was a beautiful morning hike. Safeway is just up the road for groceries.

Our stay here was wonderful. The host was fantastic, the home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area.

Great place to stay. Very accommodating. Lots of extra towels for the Jacuzzi tub in the back patio. Gas fireplace was also very nice. Beds were appointed well. I would stay here again.

A perfect five‑star stay for race weekend. This home was ideal for resting up before and unwinding after the Sedona Half Marathon, with a warm, inviting atmosphere and wonderfully quiet sleep that made a real difference. The peaceful backyard was great for a relaxed BBQ and a casual game of cornhole. The huge bonus was being able to walk directly to nearby hikes without worrying about parking. Comfortable, calm, and exactly what was needed.

This was the second year that we stayed at this beautiful home. Nestled at the end of a quiet, secluded dead-end street, just feet from the Sugarloaf trailhead, you are immediately welcomed by a clean, well-appointed home, inviting you to relax and soak up the Sedona vibe. All the touches that you require for your stay, including my favorite, the radiant heated floor! We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Sedona and our stay!

The house was in a super location for everything. It was super clean and beautiful. There was ample bottled water in the garage frig, hiking sticks, coolers to use for hiking. The backyard was pretty and private. The hot tub was great for after hiking all day. Kitchen had everything needed to cook something. I highly recommend this property

This is a gorgeous, well-kept property located very conveniently in the heart of Sedona. The home is well appointed and flawlessly clean. Extremely comfortable and great amenities. Very close to the Sugarloaf trailhead and the owner provided a huge amount of water and hiking supplies. I loved my time here.

This was our second stay at this lovely property, and it was just as good as the first time. Upon arrival, it was spotless. It is located at the end of a quiet street, so it is very peaceful. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The views from the property are spectacular, and the location is centrally located to great hiking and dining options. I cannot say enough good things about it!

Amazing house not even a 5 minute walk from some of the best trails in sedona. House was very comfortable and provided great views of the red rocks. The house was also incredibly kind, flexible, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Overall could not have asked for a better place to spend our mini-honey moon!

Property was as advertized and keyless lock worked fine. The dishwasher isn't cleaning the dishes and glasses well. That was the only negative. Very close to fun and beautiful hikes. No car needed.We all enjoyed our stay in Sedona.

The property location was great as trails were within walking distance and restaurants and stores were just minutes away. The home was very nice, super clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at many VRBO rentals and found this home to be beautiful and stocked with everything needed. We were able to use the chairs & coolers that they supplied. Also, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood with hiking trails that we walked to from the house. The backyard is very private and we sat outside and listened to the birds! We even saw a cardinal.

The house is awesome and in a fantastic location just down the street from the Sugarloaf trailhead and short drive to restaurants and grocery store. Fully stocked kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms and very comfortable living room area. Great outdoor backyard area with a large hot tub. Owners are great and highly recommend this house.

From start to finish, this home was above expectations. The home was super clean, well stocked and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do.

This home was instantly comfortable for my family. We enjoyed many hikes from the short walk from the front door. The home is in perfect proximity to shopping, hiking; so many more activities the town/ area jas to offer. The beds are comfortable, the hot tub was perfect for cool evenings agter long hikes. The grill and outdoor games made staying in a pleasure. The home is thoughtfully appointed with every appliance and dish needed. And the garage with backpacks, coolers, icepacks and so much more made taking day trips a breeze. I could not find a single thing to be unhappy about with this stay in this wonderful home.

Chris,My partner and I came to Sedona with friends for the first time. We were really looking forward to this and your house did not disappoint. It was Spectacular!! We have rented a few VRBO's and this was, by far, the best we have ever stayed in. There was so much room and the house was in a perfect location. You have thought of everything, from every utensil and pan to games and puzzles, and even extra things in the garage that we may have forgotten. It was just wonderful and my friends and partner wanted you to know that they feel the same way. If we ever get back to Sedona we are definitely staying here. We couldn't be happier and the house made our week. Thanks for all that you did to have this ready and hopefully we'll be back!!

We loved this beautiful home! The owner was very easy to communicate with and the home was very well stocked with everything you need to feel like you are at home away from home. The location was perfect, too. The Sugarloaf Trailhead is right behind the home and was one of our favorite hikes. I definitely recommend!

Loved everything about it, very comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. There was enough space for the five of us to spread out. Sugarloaf trail head 5 min walk from the house. Grocery store right down the street and lots of great hiking in the area. Loved the hot tub too.

In a neighborhood that’s quiet but still close to everything. The layout is perfect for a group to gather and hangout together. Plus room and equipment for cornhole in the backyard and a jacuzzi to top it off. The only weird surprise was the javelinas roaming the area after dusk.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish! The home is tucked away at the end of a peaceful street, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The keyless entry made check-in and coming and going effortless. As soon as we stepped inside, we noticed how spotless everything was—the home looked exactly like the photos. The radiant floor heating was a wonderful touch, and the fireplace added a cozy ambiance. The kitchen was pristine and fully stocked with everything we needed. Plus, having Safeway and Whole Foods just minutes away was incredibly convenient. We also loved the easy access to nearby trails, perfect for a morning walk. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily return!

House was clean and comfortable. Thoughtfully stocked with extras for the kitchen and hiking. Water bottles, hiking backpacks and hiking poles were really nice to have. The hot tub was in good condition and very nice at the end of the day. It was nice to have a garage to keep bikes in overnight. 2 blocks from Sugar loag trailhead so no need to get into car for a lot of hiking. Would love to stay here again.

This house is so adorable! It's clean, well decorated, kitchen has everything, back yard is relaxing, and extremely quiet! The location is perfect for day trips, going hiking, and close to downton shops! Chris was responded quickly. I highly recommend ataying here!

We were in town for hiking & golf.

This property was perfect for the five of us. We all felt like we had our own space, didn’t feel crowded, nicely laid out, fully equipped, up to date kitchen, nice sized back yard. The owner also provided K cups for coffee, tea, cases of water bottles if needed, blankets, games, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

This property had everything a person could need to enjoy their time in Sedona. We loved having hiking gear and a fridge full of water available for our outdoor adventures. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Nice assortment of k-cups to have in the morning. Quit neighbor. The beds were comfy with great pillows.

We highly recommend this home away from home if you stay in Sedona. It’s convenient to everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The home itself is very comfortable and spacious, and has everything you need for a nice stay. Impeccably clean, too!

Great home - immaculately clean and thoughtfully furnished located in a quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views and easy access to trails. We saw a squadron of javelinas one night and the aurora borealis two nights later. If I return to Sedona, I hope to stay here again!

Had a lovely stay with two friends. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we loved that we could walk to Sugar Loaf Trailhead. I've stayed in West Sedona now several times and I love it more each time. Great neighborhood, great house. Comfortable and fully stocked! Especially appreciated the birds in the backyard in the mornings!

This was our first trip to the Sedona / Red Rocks area and this property made the trip. Although located in a residential neighborhood, you would never know it. It was quiet, relaxing and most of all peaceful. This was definitely one of the cleanest VRBO's we have stayed at. Being able to grill and enjoy the cool evenings with beautiful views only a short distance made it an easy decision to extend our stay. We will definitely look into this property again when we return.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was our 3rd VRBO in 3 weeks and was by far the best! The well-stocked kitchen made simple meal prep a breeze. The Host included many necessities like coffee, salt/pepper, cooking spray, paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, a fridge full of bottled water, and more! The views from the house are amazing. And it's a short drive to Uptown Sedona. Quiet residential area. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We highly recommend this house. We all felt sad to leave!
