Stayed Aug 31, 2024This little place is gem! We had an amazing time staying in the cabin, everything was right there that we needed. It’s a place that could use a little bug protection inside, or is it just part of the natural preserve? :) Other then that, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 2 small kids and 2 adults and plenty of space for all of us.

Stayed May 3, 2024Very quiet and tranquil. Enjoyed owner's club amenities. House was ok, enough things to use throughout the house. House wasn't too clean. Spiders and spider webs in the bathroom downstairs. Most outlets didn't work. Bad cable signal, most channels didn't work.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026Cozy, comfortable and clean. Loved the layout and decorating. Functional kitchen, comfortable furniture in living room and nice sized TV. Also liked that each bedroom had its own TV. Amenities available were good, close to activities and short drive to downtown Galena.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Beautiful location, great property perfect for 5 of us with on on an air mattress . Door handle did fall of on screen door, but otherwise was happy with it all.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025It was very nice and convenient location. Well supplied as well. Only suggestion is maybe upgrade toilets to normal vs short. 6 ft husband difficult to get up off of. Very good communication with host as well.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025Overall stay was great. Love the settlement homes. Property manager was great. But I have to agree with another review that the place could be a little cleaner. Spider webs and dead bugs behind doors, mold on the bottomOf the shower curtains, someone please vacuum behind the head of the beds…..had to stare at it for a while and still not sure what that is. And the towels need to be replaced, they would be perfect for drying a car after a wash.
