Beautiful Cozy Beach Cottage, 1 block to beach, west of hotels, easy access

Easy access to the beach.

The location was great. The owner was very attentive and responsive, and it was a great value.

This house is exactly what we needed for our quick getaway! The sunroom was my haven ! 2 minute walk to a secluded beach ( so thank for for the wagon !) The sundeck was perfect for coffee and to hear the waves, oh! And the most comfortable bed! Can’t wait to stay again

Kitchen was well stocked

Prime location, very safe area a very short hop away from main hangout areas on the island. We were able to check in early for no fee and above excellent communication with the host!!! Older home, but the inside has been updated and was exceptionally clean! The outside of the property was nothing more than overgrown native foliage. Even trimming the small palms would go a long way to help the road appeal. Front deck was sturdy, although no view or chairs to utilize. Back deck is sagging and felt “unsafe at best”, and this is where 2 lounge chairs were located. Side and back yard of house was in shambles (owner stated contractor has been working at property painting). Old rundown/broken chairs and water boards shoved into trees amidst the weeds, etc. Couldn't use any of the area of the property other than driveway and elevated house. No grill was available (listing didn’t say one would be there) but in this location…we saw grills at nearly every other rental around us. Just feedback in case you wanted access to one. Overall, the location and cleanliness along with the host would definitely encourage us to stay at property again. Just know it’s a no-frills property from the time of booking surrounded by gorgeous multi-million dollars homes right behind/beside you.

The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. The place itself is great and would 100% stay there again!

Perfect size beach house for my family of four. Clean, convenient location to the beach, and furnished kitchen for all needs. Carpet looked new and enjoyed having a garage for our car. Would definitely rent this property on return.

This beach cottage was the perfect home-away-from-home for my family. It was super close to the beach with easy beach access. And it was very clean, updated, and well-maintained. While the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is close to shopping, restaurants, and bars (best of both worlds IMO). I give the property bonus points for the relaxing covered back deck area, outdoor shower, large garage and even a beach wagon. Will stay at this property again on our next visit to Pensacola.

Guys I love this little beach cottage. They had everything we needed to take to the beach wagons, buckets, chairs, nets, boogie boards and more. It was so close to the beach. Now it is for a smaller family keep that in mind, that’s what we needed! The host is amazing and the response time is amazing way better then anything I could do!!

This is an amazing little place to stay. It has everything you would need for your vacation. Including a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was so awesome that they even had cast iron pans for cooking! There are many more things to this place, not to mention it was just a hop skip and jump to the beach(that is not very crowded on this end). Loved this home away from home and hope to stay again.

Our first time to the Pensacola area. The beautiful beach was only a short walk away from the house & there were many restaurants/bars just down the road. Checkin was very easy. Brad communicated promptly & he was very polite & helpful. The house was clean & it had everything we needed!

I looked on-line for a long time to find a home that checks all of the boxes. Look no further as this is the house for you, especially if you are a couple or have a family of four. Clean house, perfect size for up to four guests (home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths), outstanding beach access, and good price. There were no issues with easy key access. Nice beach trip and low stress trip is exactly what we needed. Will return.

I loved this house. Clean and comfortable house providing everything to make the trip wonderful. Host was very helpful and gave great recommendations on nearby restaurants and several places to hear live music. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This vacation home had everything we needed. The wagon and beach gear was an awesome plus. The house was clean. Beach access is literally around the corner. The owner was very helpful, from checking in to make sure we had everything we needed to suggestions on food and activities. Overall, the stay was perfect!

This is a very nice, clean, and quiet property in a great location. It is so conveniently located 1 block from the beach with easy beach access. My family have stayed in this house several times and it has always been a great stay. The home is perfect for my family of four. I like the fact that it has a full-size washer and dryer, well-supplied kitchen, nice linens, outdoor shower with hot water, large enclosed garage, covered back deck facing the gulf, and even a beach wagon with an umbrella and chairs. This is definitely our go-to beach house when we visit Pensacola Beach.
