Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, we are only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top.
Plenty of room to park your boat after a day at the lake.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025The stay was easy and nice. A simple and charming tiny house that offers a relaxed atmosphere. You enter and quickly step away from world reality and into relaxing vacation mode. It has easy and shortly out of the way drives to College Station and Caldwell areas.Which there was a love seat instead of two chairs and a second set of bed sheets.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024This cute tiny house was just what we needed. The location was close enough to College Station without the higher price of a motel room on game day. The house was clean and decorated well. The only negative which cannot be avoided was traffic noise from the highway. The other cabins on this property are just as nice as well and accommodate more people.

Stayed Mar 22, 2022Wish it wasn't so close to the highway. Noise all night long. Would be nice to have a light closer to the sink and shower. A little dark in there.
