This is the perfect home for your stay in Park City. A beautiful and well-appointed house, in a central location, with fantastic views of surrounding mountains and ski slopes, for winter and summer living.

This home is located in the Last Sun addition of the sought-after Park Meadows community, a private and secluded neighborhood only a few minutes from the Park City, The Canyons, Deer Valley world-class ski resorts, Historic Main Street and Kimball Junction.

Overlooking thefamous Park Meadows golf course, this stunning mountain home offers all the amenities and features needed to make it the ultimate getaway.

This spacious home is well laid-out over three levels. There are four bedrooms, each boasting a luxurious and comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom and will comfortably sleeps 10 guests in luxury. There are two living spaces with two additional powder rooms plus a mudroom connected to a two-car garage. The home is tastefully furnished, been recently painted throughout, and has new showers and a whole house water filtration and purification system.

Main Level: Entering at street level, you be greeted with a large open concept living, kitchen and dining spaces. One guest room is also situated on this level.

The living room is majestic, with its vaulted ceiling, custom woodwork, comfortable mountain contemporary style furnishings, large stone (gas) fireplace and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A large deck, with access from the living room, kitchen, and guest room, with new patio furnishings and a BBQ Grill, makes it a great place to relax and enjoy nature while sipping your favorite glass of wine.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen has stainless steel Wolf appliances, a subzero refrigerator, double ovens, and a wet bar, creating the perfect cooking, dining, and entertaining experience. Seating is available at the kitchen counter via bar stools.

The dining table seats six with sprawling views of Park City ski runs and the great outdoors. Additional portable table with four chairs is in the downstairs bedroom’s closet, if needed.

Lower Level: Descend the wide staircase to the lower level and you will find another great entertainment area with a pool table, comfy seating, gas fireplace, 65” Smart TV and a convenient wet bar for entertaining. There are also plenty of games and books for your enjoyment while at the house. From this level you can access the lower patio area with a hot tub and additional outdoor seating as well as another guest room and a powder room.

Ascending another wide staircase to the upper level, you will find two bedrooms:

Master: (second level) King size bed, lovely gas fireplace, cozy sitting area, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet, double sinks, a large soaking tub, separate glass/tile shower. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom with more amazing views.

Bedroom 2 (Main level): King bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with double sink, a walk-in closet and a tile/glass shower.

Bedroom 3 (second level): Queen bed, Smart TV, access to wrap around deck, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a glass/tile shower, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 4/ Bunk room (lower level) — Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, full bed, and ensuite bathroom offers tub/shower combo and walk-in closet. There is direct access to lower outdoor patio and hot tub from this room.

For your convenience, there is complimentary bus service to the ski slopes which stops right across the street at Park Meadow Country Club (couple minute walk).

Park Meadows neighborhood is great for walking, with miles of connected streets and some of the views in Park City. At the end of our street are the trails of Round Valley, an extensive network of amazing hiking and biking trails.
