Beautiful Central Sarasota Pool Home

The house was in a nice neighborhood! Great for walking and riding bikes. The house was lovely but needed some updates. The home owner was pleasant and always responded quickly if we had any questions.

Yes! I would stay here again! Four of us spent two weeks at this property and it was absolutely perfect.It started with the host getting us in early which was a a great surprise! We were greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates to help us celebrate Valentines Day.The location was excellent! It is in a quiet residential area with homes that are well taken care of. The development is exactly one mile in circumference and perfect for joggers and walkers. The pool was not heated but warmed up during our February stay form 71 ot 81 degrees. The hot tube quickly heats up to 103 degrees and the water is co-mixed with the pool, so the pool temperature was perfect. The water was crystal clear.There is a Weber grill on the lanai along with ample furniture to sit by the pool. The interior of the home has been decorated in Victorian style furniture with a personal flair of family photos. The master bedroom is huge along with the master bathroom. My wife had to use a stool to get on the huge bed. Ha ha! She is really short though. We did not use the jacuzzi tub in the master bath, but it was prepared for us. The second bedroom is also very large and the bathroom is right outside the door on a quiet part of the house..The whole process went incredibly well and I really appreciated Denise sending me my meds after I left them at the property.The kitchen had more dishes and utensils then we could ever use. The stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave all worked. A perfect stay

The house is in a great neighborhood and a short drive to all the sites we visited during our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Denise is great host.

We were close enough to drive to any beach or location for daily entertainment, but tucked away in a cute and quiet neighborhood each evening. We loved the pool area and layout of the house. This was all we were hoping for in a spring break family getaway!

Pleasant home in a small, quiet community. ~15 mins drive to the beach and downtown area. Bedrooms were clean and spacious and there was nice seating areas in the outside. Some furniture seemed slightly older but nevertheless was comfortable and pleasant.

My family had a wonderful and restful stay at Denise’s lovely home. We dated for a month and didn’t have a need that was it met. Communicating with Denise was easy and every inquiry was answered quickly. The space is comfortable, the pool fantastic and the location close to everything. Thank you Denise

Check in and out was easy and flexible with our schedule. The house itself, was well kept and clean. Location was a short drive to the beach, attractions and golf. Overall, myself and family truly enjoyed the whole experience.
