Beautiful Cape Cod in the Heart of Springfield, MO.

The hot tub was perfect !! What a wonderful outside deck ! The sleep numb er beds were so comfy . The host was gracious and helpful ! We will be going back !

Todd and the house were great for our week stay in Springfield. It is an older house, but has plenty of charm.

Clean home. Very personal. Super comfy beds. Best beds ive had in the 8 various vrbo stays ive had.

What a great vacation rental! We looked for a room for Christmas night and found an absolute gem. The owner was welcoming and hospitable to our two small dogs. The house was comfortable and fully equipped. The hot tub was a perfect place to unwind after a stressful day of travel and merriment in a well designed and private deck. I'm looking forward to returning during the warmer weather to take advantage of the pool.

Todd, the owner was very responsive. The pool area was not as cleaned up as the photos showed. Might be due to being late in the season and so many fall leaves starting to fall. Hard to stay ahead of them but Todd tried.

Very cozy and clean place to stay while in Springfield

The owner lives in the basement on site. Todd and his Great Dane are very friendly. He showed us around the property on check in and instructed us on use of the electronics, hot tub and beds. The property is lovely with a large pool and yard and is located within walking distance of several restaurants and bars.

Todd is the perfect host. He communicated with us from the time we booked until we checked in. He made sure we we knew what to expected ahead of our stay. Once we arrive he showed us around going over how to operate everything and the house rules. The house is clean and cozy. The backyard is spectacular!! The pool was perfect to cool off in during the hot days. The best part of our stay other than Todd's hospitality was Bam his Great Dane that came to say good morning to us everyday and hung out with us in the backyard. Best vacation home experience ever! We will definitely be staying there again anytime we are in town.

A much needed rest that was amazing. The pool and hot tub felt like a 5 star resort all our own. The owner is so kind and thoughtful he thinks of everything. The communication and check in process was so easy. Definitely will be back!!

The owner is on site and he is very friendly, helpful, respectful of our privacy. We had a wonderful visit with our famiily and great grandchildren who learned how to swim in the property pool. This property has a perfect location and is very comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Todd provides a wonderful and relaxing stay for family or couples. This place is immaculate and centrally located to lots of walking distance wonderful food and brews along with a beautifully landscaped back yard including pool, hot tub and multiple decks, eating and lounging Areas. Highly recommend this stay if you get a chance. Also appreciate the limited extra fees and service costs, willingness to accept pets, smoking, drinking etc for anyone enjoying a vacation. Todd was also very wonderful and accommodating when we were sick and needed to move our date by a day for our quick honeymoon getaway. Thank you!!

We were in town for the Homeschool National Basketball championships. Todd and Bam were amazing hosts. The home is clean, plenty of space, beds were so comfy, and the hot tub was a welcomed bonus.

Todd was a very warm and welcoming host . Met us with keys as soon as we arrived and gave us a little tour. Showed us how to work the hot tub (we enjoyed it) and also the tv and music. He shared information about local walkable restaurants and some sights in town. We took our dog and he was also welcoming to her. Would highly recommend. Also location was perfect for us, we were seeing a show at the university and was so close.

Todd is an excellent host. This is a unique property in a great location. The beds are incredibly comfortable and house is clean. Check in was great. I felt safe and comfortable there. Being able to bring my dogs was a huge plus. The owners dog is very sweet and fun to have around. We will absolutely be returning.

My husband and I had an amazing stay here!! We will definitely be staying there on all our return visits to Springfield! The place was cozy and exactly as it showed in the listing. The host was amazing and gave us a great tour when we first arrived. His dog was super friendly and easy to just want to cuddle! The pool was the perfect temperature and nice to relax in. We can’t wait to go back and bring friends and/or kids with us!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing couple of day here! House is adorable, clean, plenty of space for a couple or small family! Spent lots of time in the pool, so relaxing! If we ever need a place in Springfield again we will definitely be booking this quaint home! Todd was so friendly and always made himself accessible if we had questions. He also gave us great food and attraction ideas for the area! If I could give a 10 star I would on EVERYTHING! Thank you Todd it was wonderful! AND he has the sweetest pooch Bam....fell in love with that sweet pup!
