Beautiful Bungalow at Seacrest Beach

Very Easy to check in, super close to beach access, the Balcony and patio upstaIrs were nice to stay at night, neighborhood is extremely friendly and quiet, Will love to come back and stay there again. Dan and his Wife had done a wonderful job Giving this Bungalow a very lovely And cozy look amd feeling. Thank You!

We rented the house during the week to enjoy some family time and be close to family who live in the area. The house is not as modern as many in the neighborhood but it has a lot of space to spread out. The kids had their own playroom area and a big living area for all to enjoy. It was a close and easy walk (5 minutes) to the beach. We had an issue with the air conditioner the first day but it was quickly fixed the next morning. Communication was quick and we were even allowed to check in a little earlier and enjoy some extra beach time. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful which cannot always be said about other properties in the area.

Excellent Location! Neighborhood is Literally across the street to the beach access, and beach is prime location, not too crowded. Garage is filled with beach toys, chairs and wagon for hauling it all. House is perfect for a family. Cozy and just as the pictures show. Plenty of room for 6 adults to relax and hang out comfortably. Kitchen is equipped with all you need if cooking is preferred, as well as BBQ. Hosts were gracious and easy to respond with. Many thanks to them for sharing their home!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this 2 story, 3 bedroom home in the Seabreeze community. This trip for us was about the beach and being able to enjoy the sand and waves. We got to do that everyday because we could walk there so easily! We didn’t have to mess with the crowds or trying to find parking. It really made a difference and gave us more time to be together as a family. The home owners provided all the beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a beach cart. The home is well maintained with an older cottage vibe. We loved that it had all the soaps, dish soap, laundry detergents, towels, paper towels and TP - it had everything we needed. We used YOLO bike rental and explored Alys and Rosemary Beach by bike. It’s a bit of a ride especially when it’s hot out, but we all had fun riding. A few things we noticed but were definitely not deals breakers: The WiFi was hit and miss, but we were coming to unplug anyway. The bedroom with the three beds was on the warmer side - but the room did have a ceiling fan and floor fan. The shower head in the kids bathroom, wasn’t strong and so we ended up not really using that shower during our stay. This rental home is close to everything and made our visit to 30a the best one yet! We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Nice house - quiet neighborhood. 2 public beach entrances very close by. Easy communication with owners. Family had a great time!

Great location and property.

We are so thankful to have found this property in our favorite place to go! The house is spacious and very clean. We loved the convenient walk to the beach. This made it super easy for us with our 5 year old boy along with my parents. This is a definite place we will be booking again!! Hopefully sooner than later!

Great property and location. Highly recommend this house for your stay.

Torrential rain, 3.5 days, older teens left early. Wi-Fi was down, most of the time . Cable was down most of the time. Travel advisor during horrific lightning storm 3:05 am advising no travel due to flooding , impassable roads to Hwy 98 until 12:45 pm. Lost power until 5:00 am Nice game selection. Nice Art.

This house exceeded our expectations and as other reviews have stated, the photos don't do it justice. This is a big house, with several outside gathering spaces and lots of personal spaces inside with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. It was furnished with everything you could need. Sweet, normal neighborhood, across the street from the beach and within biking distance of Alys, Watersound, and Rosemary Beach. With Publix close by, we were so happy not to have to drive into Seaside! The property owners were so nice to work with and bikes were delivered to our door by 30A bike rental. We'll be back!
