Enjoy lounging in the lush, leafy outdoor areas and spot the many visiting blue jays and cardinals and the occasional red hawk. Close to playgrounds and lots of great 5th ave restaurants, 6min walk to subway, 15min walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Barclays Center. Ideal for families.

The ground floor is a large open plan living space, with an office/kid playroom at the front leading to lounge, dining, kitchen, full bathroom, and sunny south garden with outdoor lounge and large gas grill.

The middle floor consists of 2 large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a large sunny deck leading off the master bedroom with brand new wicker and Sunbrella sofa plus dining table/chairs. Perfect outdoor spaces for relaxing, morning coffee, working on your laptop, sunset cocktails and dining.

The top floor is a large 3rd bedroom, a full bathroom, and a study that could also be set up as a 4th bedroom.

To make your stay more carefree, a weekly cleaning service can be provided for $180/week (please request at time of booking).
