This 1940s brick ranch style home has been completely remodeled with a stunning new kitchen and spa like bath.
Both bedrooms one and two have queen beds and we have an available queen sized air mattress that can be placed in the living room if needed.
You’ll be super close to the Univeristy, you can see the stadium as you look down the street, we’re just over a mile from campus, the perfect launching spot for visiting campus or the rest of Tucson.

Stayed Jan 22, 2024A very quiet neighborhood, a big yard with a lemon tree , furniture tastefully chosen, a fully brand new functional kitchen, all modern appliances, the house is really comfortable . There are 2 bedrooms, a pretty bathroom/ shower , a big living room with a big comfortable sofa , we loved staying there . Hopefully we can go back next year !
