Beautiful brand new villa ***** with heated swimming pool, summer kitchen, WiFi, grill

Everything was perfect from the arrival to the departure. The house is very well situated. Just 1-2 km. from Pula and 4-5 km. from Fazana. There are plenty of nice beaches in 5-10 minutes by car. The house itself is very nice exactly as shown on the photos. Clean, well decorated and furnished. The hosts are very nice people ready to answer all your questions and help if needed. At the same time they are discret and « invisible ». The whole family enjoyed every moment there.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in May 2022. The location is very close to Pula airport with just a 15 minute drive. The villa is very well appointed with everything you need for a self catering stay. The outside kitchen with grill in particular is a wonderful addition which we made full use of. The hosts are friendly and helpful, they live just next door so are accessible if needed but the villa itself and gardens are very private. The local area has wonderful beaches which were very quiet. Pula is very close by, we decided to walk down which only took about 45 minutes. The low score for communication is down to Vrbo not the hosts, they tried to send me multiple messages which I didn't receive. Highly recommended.

We loved staying in Samir and Sabine's villa. Is in the family compound so they are available for all your needs yet they keep distance to allow you privacy. We were greeted with fruits and vegetables from their garden which we used to make a nice pasta sauce and we had also a cheese and prosciutto with fresh bread to munch on arrival. Grappa from their batch was also provided! The house is clean and the a/c units brand new so we had a fantastic cool stay! The pool and outdoor kitchen made our holidays so much more enjoyable. The house is close to the village of Pula (10min drive) and Fazana where you can find great shopping and sightseeing the historic town and forum. Thank you for a very relaxing stay at your villa, highly recommend.
