Stayed Aug 8, 2025My team booked this house for a tennis tournament nearby and we had a wonderful time. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, an open concept floor plan and a fully stocked kitchen. I highly recommend staying there if you have 8 friends that want to get away for the weekend.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025We love the house, beautiful, clean spacious, complete kitchen utensils, etc.The only problem we had is the checking in into the house. Key code was wrong and response time of the host was very slow. We have to wait outside the house for almost 30 mins in the hot weather, for the host and owner to fix the problem.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024I stayed for a family members wedding. The property is in a quiet neighborhood however one of the neighbors have a large dog that barked into the evenings. The utensils were cheap. There was paint chipping and peeling off the silverware. The hot water was an issue. There are two buttons you’re supposed to tap to get the hot water to turn on, one in the laundry room, the other in the master bath. The button in the master bath didn’t work. I reached out to the owner several times which didn’t get answered right away which caused my family and I to be late meeting other family members. The owner sent a handy man who rang the doorbell once and proceeded to unlock the door and walk in which was very uncomfortable. He also wasn’t terribly nice and informed me the buttons didn’t do anything. We left a couple of items at the home and contacted the owner immediately to make arrangements to get them. As of this write up, I have not received any response. I felt I paid too much as the help and home weren’t the best. If you choose to stay here, be aware the slow responses and do not leave anything as you will not get them back.

Stayed Mar 30, 2023Everything was wonderful, very nice house, great communication and neighbourhood. We were staying for our sons tennis tournament the house is very close to restaurants, shops. Well equipped with everything you may need. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 24, 2023If you’re traveling to the Sacramento area and looking to stay outside city limits or as we did came into Elk Grove for a soccer tournament this was the absolute best option. Great neighborhood close to just about anything we needed and we hope to be able to stay again each and every time we come back to Elk Grove.
